We could not have received better service! Oliver was exceptional from the beginning, he really went above and beyond to help with the sale. He always responded to communications, followed up with solicitors, and was at the other end of the phone practically 24/7. He even helped and followed up with issues that were definitely not in his remit. This was our first time selling a property and we didn't know exactly what to expect, but he always explained each step to us clearly and answered all our questions. Oliver and Mel were both so lovely and always helpful. We would not go with anyone else and are confident that we would not get a service this brilliant elsewhere. We would put 10 stars if we could, he really exceeded all our expectations. Date of experience: April 2024.

Our son recommended Oliver to us having had experience in buying and selling property with him. We found his recommendation justified. Oliver and his team, for us it was Melody and Vicki, were always polite, friendly and very professional. They have a "Can do" attitude and put in the necessary work to obtain a sale and then continue to keep in touch with all parties, the vendor, the buyer and their solicitors right up to the completion date. When is a first time buyer not a first time buyer? Answer: when they declare at the point of ready to exchange, your “first time buyer” has a house to sell (back to their housing association). Sarah, Mel, Oliver and the team at Oliver Reilly have been outstanding. You simply couldn’t ask for more determination, professionalism and tenacity to see my house sale over the line. And they did. I can’t say enough about Oliver Reilly Estate Agents. They have to be the number one agent in Newark area for selling houses. They recently sold my house and I was more than happy with their services. From Oliver who came and valued my house and took great photos, Tommy who is such a lovely person, who showed people around my house for me, Melody & Debra the ladies in the office who explained everything I needed to know as the sale progressed. They all worked so hard, I had no shortage of interested buyers and I would highly recommend Oliver if you’re thinking of selling your property. Considering this is a small independent business we have nothing but praise for Oliver . He went above and beyond for us in a particularly difficult sale and purchase . He worked tirelessly and nothing was ever too much trouble often working outside of office hours to keep us updated . Oliver cares about his customers and his passion for his business shows. I doubt we would have got that level of dedication from a larger estate agents. Although he had lots of properties for sale , we always felt he prioritised us .
