It was a very positive experience dealing with Oliver Reilly right from the first phone call through to completion. Although our move was protracted through unforeseen circumstances and there were problems along the way (no fault of Oliver Reilly) we were always kept informed about the situation. He was always available and efficient. The team worked really hard and we always felt supported. We would heartily recommend this agent, you couldn't get a better service. Thank you Oliver, Debra and Mel for all your hard work and care to ensure a successful move for us.

GoogleThis is genuinely probably the only 5 star agency in England. The team is always straight forward with their answers and prompt with details. They don't waste your time as a buyer giving fluffy explanations. Their valuations are completely accurate for the comps in the area and condition of the property. Drives me crazy when agents over inflate value without logic. Listing just rots on Rightmove for months. When I see a house listed with this agent I know when I call on the property I'm going to get answers, not excuses, and it's gonna be gone soon. Builds trust. I wish more agencies in the UK were like this.

Thank you Oliver for such a professional approach to house selling. It was refreshing to deal with someone who undertook the whole selling process with such sincerity. We used Oliver Reilly to sell our late father's bungalow and we can certainly recommend this estate agents. Oliver came well prepared when he met us to value the bungalow- he was professional and knowledgeable about the local area. His valuation of the property was realistic and based upon his expert knowledge of the local market. This proved accurate as we achieved full asking price. During the whole process we were kept well informed starting from notifications of any viewings through to the sale completion. The bungalow sold quickly and the conveyancing was kept moving by Oliver's regular check up with both solicitors. If you are looking for a professional well run estate agents we can certainly recommend Oliver Reilly's.

After over a year of attempting to sell a property with different agents I approached Oliver. The property in question was outside his usual area but he was keen and enthusiastic to give it a go. All I can say is I whish I'd of approached him sooner. The property completed sale on November 15th 2024 after only being on the market with him for around 6 weeks. He went above and beyond to secure a sale, dealing with all viewings although the property was an hour round trip for him.
