FacebookWell where can i start with Oliver Reilly Estate Agents?! Do not let the fact Oliver is a "one man band" phase you. He is absolutely second to none with his knowledge, skills and communication. The fact that you only deal with Oliver means when you call for an update or for help he knows exactly what is going on and deals with everything straight away. He always gets back to you when he says he will and sorts everything out really quickly. My sale was a little rocky at times ( no fault of Oliver's i might like to add) and if i called any other estate agent with multiple employees, explaining my case a million times, or them not knowing what was happening i think i might of lost my mind. But with Oliver he knew every last detail and always put my mind at ease. Oliver went above and beyond dealing with things that werent even in his remit on more than one occasion just to make things easier and less stressful for me. He won me over from the start , he was clear about everything and gave me excellent advice and he delivered on that advice even though the route was very difficult at times . I had previously bought my house with Oliver 6 years ago when he worked for a different company and was so happy with his work that when I decided to sell my house again a few months ago and I saw that Oliver now had his own business I decided to go with him again as he was so fantastic previously. This time Oliver exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond what any other estate agent would have done. He spent numerous weekends showing people around my house which wasn’t an easy sale and nothing was too much trouble! I wish to clarify that I did not express that I was to busy to arrange your viewing. You stated to have availability for only a Sunday or Monday. The property you have enquired about has 11 viewings taking place today, Tuesday 3rd March. I was happy to arrange a viewing in advance but stated that by Sunday, the property may well be under offer. I explained that I would call you tomorrow Wednesday 2nd March, to update you on the availability of the property. I was unaware that this was an issue for you as you left the office in agreement that this would be satisfactory. I am more than happy to arrange a viewing for you, please be aware, as already stated, the property may have an offer in place by the time you wish to view. I am highly disappointed that you feel the need to display my business in a negative light, especially when I registered your details for upcoming properties, explained the property's situation and openness surrounding its availability. I am grateful that you have since returned my phone call this afternoon. It's also more disappointing that you have confirmed the property wouldn't be suitable anyway, as it doesn't have a garage and you are yet to agree a sale on your property and therefore, are not cash buyers, as your review states. You have also stated on the telephone that a viewing would not be required, due to it being unsuitable, which makes this even more deflating to the overall situation that this review has been posted, with the incorrect information. On the telephone, I have asked you to reconsider this review as I do not feel it is a fair reflection of the service I have provided.
