GoogleOliver has successfully managed both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new home. He has gone far beyond the usual boundaries of a normal estate agent. He has been able to balance being the ultimate professional, yet approachable, supportive, forward thinking, problem solving, whilst remaining calm and caring in stressful situations. Without any hesitation, I would thoroughly recommend! Oliver is setting and constantly raising the bar of what other agencies should aspire to be and i cannot thank him enough for his help and persistence through this roller coaster journey.

Having never sold a house before myself, I was please to find Oliver was informative and reassuring throughout, he was also incredibly professional and I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had, no matter how stupid I thought they were! He works exceptionally hard to provide an efficient service and even though there were delays with solicitors, he chased these up on my behalf which was especially helpful with a young family. Oliver did all of our viewings himself and went above and beyond to help me out when I was away from home, making a stressful and emotional process a lot easier. Always friendly and approachable, nothing felt like too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Oliver Reilly if you want a high quality service.

When we were initially looking for an estate agent to sell our house, we kept seeing Oliver Reilly boards up on houses around town and I can see why. Oliver came to give us a valuation and we were really impressed by his friendly, non pushy nature unlike some other valuations we had had. Both Oliver and Mel have been fantastic throughout our sale by keeping us regularly updated and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Over the years like many I had lost faith in Estate Agents! We were lucky to use Oliver Reilly in trying to buy a house he was advertising. He has shown that there is a Hard working, honest estate agent out there that can be trusted to work hard not only for those selling but also those buying. We felt fully supported at all times and Oliver went above and beyond to ensure we understood every step of the process. GoogleOliver took his time to really look around and talk to us about the property. He was the only Estate Agent that treated the sale as not just a transaction. The photos were excellent and even an overhead drone shot to show the garden in the best possible light. He is knowledgeable about the market and area and explains his reasoning behind the valuation he set. It is a definite advantage to have the same person showing clients around, pointing out all the benefits you have discussed, as originally valued the property, unlike larger companies. Oliver is approachable, pleasant and available to respond to queries quickly. He keeps you informed at every stage. He obtained the full asking price. Recommended

We bought our property in Newark remotely, given we were living 170 miles away and got family to do the initial viewing. Oliver has been nothing short of exemplary. The purchase was fraught with difficulties, given its nature, but Oliver pushed hard to get it over the line in time to complete the chain on the same day. I pretty much had him on speed dial but nothing was too much trouble. He was kind and courteous, despite what I threw at him, (apologies for that), and above all, a credit to his profession. GoogleWell what can I say about these guys.. in one word brilliant! We purchased a house though them for my mother. I dealt mostly with Mel and I can honestly say that she went above and beyond for me, for which I am very grateful. I would recommend this estate agents to anyone, I never felt that anything was to much trouble and had I been able to give 10 stars then I would!!

GoogleCouldn’t have asked for a better experience, as cash buyers we were really eager to move in before Christmas. We viewed a property on 20th November and moved in to the house on 20th December. Melody really did make the whole buying and moving experience for us as stress free as possible and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you to you and the team for all your help.

Sold recently through Oliver Reilly Estate Agents - Oliver, Mel, and Owen all brilliant. Mel must have spent tens of hours on the phone to us overall through not fault of theirs but she was always great. The sale was more trouble than anticipated with a buyer pulling out but was never any trouble for them, highly recommend.
