Retirement home search kept me informed at all times as to the progression of the sale , A big shout out to Charlotte Harvey who actually took the time out to call me as well as mail me which is a nice touch in this day and age . I would not hesitate to use RH again.

Disappointed that no hot water pressure had to replace water tank to obtain any hot water. Dishwasher rusty and leaking had to replace this. Also hadn’t realised that the lease needed extending which we have had to pay out to do this.

Our particulars also make clear that no apparatus, equipment, fittings or services have been tested by ourselves and that we cannot verify that they are in working order. In addition, we always send copies of our particulars to solicitors when sales are agreed, in order that they may discuss further with their clients. I'm sorry to learn that your solicitors did not discuss these issues with you ahead of purchase but do hope that the property is now being enjoyed.

Very good experience selling probate flat in Cheltenham with Retirement Homesearch. Rachel Hazell was great, as was Dawn Burrows - our invaluable 'home progressor'. She was so kind and responsive and excellent go-between for us and our buyer solicitor. She also kept me sane when our conveyancers (DC Law/Simplify - don't use them!) were awful and doing nothing for 2 months..
