Established in 1964 Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents is one of the largest independent estate agents in the North and North West London. We have 10 branches in all of the primary locations where the more prestigious properties are to be found. We note that you first raised your concerns with us last week, when the Head of Department explained that the required procedures were followed correctly. However, as a gesture of goodwill, a reduction on the balance owed was offered. We are sorry that this proposal was not acceptable to you. Please be assured that as part of our complaints procedure, we will review the case again and give a response in line with TPO guidance.
