The Trusted AgentSale of property in Muswell Hill Road
I recently sold a property through Martyn Gerrard, I chose the agency because they give realistic valuations, provide timely feedback and are a real pleasure to deal with. I felt that the agent acted honourably and with good dedication all the way through the process. Their fee was reasonable and well earned. This is the second time I have sold a property with Martyn Gerrard and I would have no hesitation using them again in the future.

The Trusted AgentClient centred, professional service - simply fantastic
Dan Millet delivered an extremely professional, and personalised service to us. His attitude and lateral thinking allowed the process to stay afloat. To say he went the extra mile would be a huge underestimation of his unwavering dedication and work. Dan- we can't thank you enough and we are so grateful of all that you did. He is truely a client centred agent and I would unreservedly recommend him to all.

The Trusted AgentReally good experience of buying with Jake at Martyn Getrard
So far we've had a really good experience of buying a house with Jake at Maryn Gerrard. He's been really flexible and accommodating about showing us the property and always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. When the sale got a bit difficult Marytyn Gerrard tried really hard to make things work. As a buyer I'd be really happy to recommend Martyn Gerrard!

The Trusted AgentMarley and Andy in Muswell Hill really great
Both guys helped us find a new home in super fast time. They understood what we needed and really delivered. Really friendly, flexible and great at finding a fair compromise between landlord and tenant. Given this is first time I’ve rented in 17 years it was an easy experience and that was down to them. Thank you.
