Andy's team at Martyn Gerrard found us a brilliant tenant within a week, who was able to move in on the exact day we wanted. Andy came and took photos of the flat within hours of my instructing him and the property was live the next day. I can't recommend MG Muswell Hill highly enough for letting a property. The tenant was also impressed with them.

Robert was very responsive and organised a viewing the next day after first contacting him. He replied to all emails and made sure to fillow up by phone as well. Martina has been a great help with the whole process of finding and negotiating the rent for us!
