GoogleNot long completed after a very long drawn out sequence of events. All in all not bad but not great. Special credit however must go to Jane who progressed the sale at the latter stages. She dealt with a number of issues very professionally. A word of advice if you use Atlas DO NOT USE THEIR SOLICITORS. We were informed from the outset that they use local solicitors and that this could speed up the process ........(very disingenuous) we later discovered that we were allocated a solicitor from Preston, with the head office being in Peterborough, seeing as we were based in Liverpool this is not very local !!!!!!!!. Also they were very poor at attention to detail as we had to correct them on numerous simplistic matters such as getting names wrong on documents (on more than one occasion) and details such as purchase price. As stated earlier AVOID and use your own solicitors

GoogleVery unprofessional from the lettings team especially when it comes to check outs from the only “person who can do it Will” as soon as wanted to end tenancy early he turned nasty, unprofessional and personal attacks! Would not recommend - if you do go with them take your own before and after photos. They only do after inspections the week before Someone moves in… so you could be waiting a month before they do their inspection during that time when you have cleaned when you’ve left ( they have viewings with multiple people going in and out ) and then do their inspection and says it’s not clean, they should do the inspection as soon as you have given the keys back.
Hi David, You were not officially a tenant of ours so technically this review is unjust. However, I have copied the response we sent to your partner, Darren, below. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We put customer service at the forefront of everything we do and would like to highlight the following points and ask if you may re-consider your review; 1) You kept a dog at the property even though the property was advertised as "no pets" and your tenancy agreement made it clear that pets were not allowed. 2) After you purchased a property you requested an early release from your fixed term tenancy. We worked hard to negotiate this for you, if we would have held you to your tenancy (which would have been perfectly reasonable), it would have cost you thousands of pounds in rent. This was a gesture of goodwill and done in good faith. You did then not uphold your side of the negotiation and withheld any further rent payments. 3) A professional inventory was conducted before you moved into the property. At checkout, there were issues with the property that were highlighted to you. We gave you the chance to rectify these issues and you didn't. We were very reasonable with the deductions and further negotiated with you to try and find a happy medium to avoid a lengthy dispute through the DPS. 4) You state that communication was poor but we were always very prompt in replying to your emails. On the 19th January, we sent you 7 emails alone! We were also very attentive to your phone calls. 5) We can find no evidence of rude or aggressive behaviour and our other reviews commend us on our service which we are extremely proud of. We tried to explain to you that there were professional and contractual obligations that we were both bound to, in the same way your landlord was but you wished to walk away from the property mid term as you'd bought a house. This ran contrary to your assurances at the start of your tenancy and application process.

GoogleUsed Atlas to rent out a property with their full management option. Have to say that we were extremely happy with the service they provided in particular from Michelle and Kate. We were kept updated every step of the way and they were always available to speak to when we called. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

They accurately predicted the sale price of our house, successfully selling it above asking price on the first weekend. Following the sale agreement their communication was excellent with everyone involved. I could not recommend them more highly!
