GoogleMy partner and I have had a great experience with Atlas. Special mention to the wonderful Jackie whom we met and were thrilled with! Atlas were a breath of fresh air and made me feel as though nothing was a problem for them. After having to repeatedly deal with other agencies who didn't seem interested we really appreciated the personal touch and would 100% recommend Atlas to anyone.

GoogleMy son has also had problems trying to view a property. He has an AIP for less than the value of the property but has managed to save the difference (15k) during lockdown. He is a key worker and works long hours due to the pandemic and is frustrated trying to arrange viewings and also getting his AIP amended in what little free time he has. As a first time buyer he is in a strong position to buy quickly and surely the AIP just shows how much he is able to borrow against his salary and therefore any additional deposit won't affect this. I just wonder whether the vendors are aware of this practice. Also it doesn't seem to apply to other agents.
Dear Karen Karras, Firstly, we are unable to locate you or your son on our system. Have you definitely got the correct agency? We don't ask for any proof of deposit, only proof of mortgage agreement in principle. Can you please contact me at your earliest convenience so that I can investigate further. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we are required to request certain information from you to ensure that you are in a position to proceed with a potential purchase. We don't request this information for virtual viewings, it is only for physical viewings. We are required to do this to ensure we comply with the guidelines issued by our governing body. In addition to this, the safety of our staff, clients and the wider community is of upmost importance to us and it would be reckless for us to allow physical viewings for potential time wasters. It's a shame that you have left a 1 star review for a small, independent business that is simply trying it's best in these difficult times...

Provided regular updates on progression of sale. Everything you want from an Estate agent during a stressful time. Thank you Jane, Bobbi and the team.

GoogleAtlas have been superb at every point of my relationship with them. I’ve both bought property with them and let out and had property managed with them. Their professional and friendly approach is brilliant. My interactions so far have been with Kate and Karon and I honestly can’t praise them enough. I finished my latest renovation and went away for a week, when I returned the place had been listed, viewed many times, offers taken, references completed and there were multiple options of tenants lined up ready to move forward - I’m massively impressed with this turn around so all credit to the team. I was also kept updated every step of the way which reduced the need for waiting around - no need to call to check where we’re up to as every interaction is fed back by email and in the online portal which is massively appreciated. When I went into the branch I was always greeted by multiple people in the team, all trying to welcome me and help however they can. I can’t emphasise enough just how refreshing this has been in contrast to my experiences with one of the larger national agents based just down the road where I couldn’t even get a call returned! This independent business is head and shoulders above the bigger names close by and I will definitely work with them again. Now onto the next one 👍🏻

This was in stark contrast to the firm I used to sell my house !! They also sold my buyers property and were more helpful than my estate agents . Would highly recommend

GoogleAbsolutely shocking. Tried to lease us a flat that failed a lot of legal requirements and refused refund of down payments. Appalling customer service, very rude staff and took forever to respond. Responding comment is completely untrue. We leased a flat, had a move in date, set utilities up and then had the place double checked again. It didn't meet numerous building regs etc so we contacted them to try and sort this out. Landlord refused the necessary work to bring it up to code and we cancelled our lease.
Hi Antonia, we feel it is unfair to leave us a 1 star rating when you have never actually had a relationship with us. Our records show that you applied to let a property with us and then withdrew your application days later after referencing, etc had commenced and the property had been removed from the market.

GoogleThe service we received from Atlas was nothing short of diabolical. This company is known to value your house higher than any other estate agents and then within two weeks are ringing you to reduce it. The communication is disgraceful and you have to do all the ringing to find out what’s happening when you have had an offer. This company do nothing to earn their fees be wise use other estate agents in Liverpool
