Atlas were the agents in charge of the purchase of our new home and within all the chaos that we had throughout the chain, Atlas and our sales progressor, Claire Caplan, were both excellent! Claire was great throughout and assisted us every time we had an issue or query. Atlas provided a brilliant service throughout and also gave us a moving in present, which was an unexpected nice touch. Danielle is a great credit to your company and has been extremely helpful in the process of us buying our first home which was being sold through atlas estate agents. Danielle was helpful with any queries I had and would always be sure to get back in touch with me as soon as possible whenever I had sent over an email or gave her a phone-call. Even anytime I rang the atlas office, every colleague on the phone was very polite and helpful. Although I did not go through with any of them, atlas give you the help of the optional breeze move portal where you can choose a solicitor and even give you a list of mortgage advisors/brokers you can use. I found this to be very helpful as it gave me more options to look into when choosing a solicitor. Thank you very much again Danielle, and I wish you the best of luck for the rest of your career! 🙏🏻

Over the past 6 months we have been trying to buy a house in Liverpool to be near our family. We have used Atlas Estate Agents in Allerton. Danielle was the first estate agent we dealt with when we were trying to purchase a house in Calderstones Avenue. She was really helpful and efficient and tried her best to secure the property for us but unfortunately we were in a chain where our buyer hadn't sold and the lady in Calderstones couldn't wait any longer. However, we were really pleased with Danielle's care, commitment and help to us. We then found a house in Baroncroft Road and the agent in charge of this was Bobbi Scott. Again, she has been so helpful, efficient and caring and we're delighted that our offer was accepted on the property yesterday. So thanks to both estate agents _ you've both been amazing! I simply cannot praise this estate agent enough, I spent six months with another agent and basically got nowhere. So I decided to change and the difference between the two services couldn’t be more stark. Atlas provided more viewings of my property in two weeks than the previous agent did in six months and I’m not exaggerating. Within three weeks I had a couple of offers and shortly after I agreed to sell. Everyone I dealt with from Atlas, from the beginning with the initial valuation to the agreement of sale has been friendly, professional and very helpful. If you are considering using Atlas I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, I just wish I had used them in the first place. Absolutely first class service and lovely people to deal with.

The most impressive experience I have had has been in relation to the swift response to telephone calls and emails. There is no waiting for answer machines etc .. Atlas estate agents have looked after our property for the last three years while we lived abroad, they have been amazing they found tenants straight away for 12 months and when they were due to leave they had new tenants ready to move in, they were very thorough with the check in and check out reports. They sent us the full inventory with pictures and the house was left Immaculate after each tenant. Any work that needed to be carried out they would email us with the information and price and promptly get the work completed. We liased with Kate frost mostly as we were getting prepared to move back into the house ourselves and Kate was brilliant always answering any emails we sent her and doing everything to make it run smoothly for us. If you are planning on renting out a property we would definitely recommend atlas estate agents as they take care of everything and we couldn’t of asked for more, Thankyou very much

They treated us with the utmost sensitivity - the sale was due to my Uncle passing away - and were so warm, kind and professional throughout the process. They were brilliant at showcasing the house, achieved an offer we were very happy to accept, and communicated with us every step of the way.
