The team at Atlas are always ready to listen, they are polite friendly and helpful. Each stage of the sale’s journey is explained in a jargon free manner. The most impressive experience I have had has been in relation to the swift response to telephone calls and emails. There is no waiting for answer machines etc .. I believe Jane Nicholson is the absolute best in the estate agent business and along with the Atlas Team there is no doubt this company are the absolute best on the high street!

They were all so lovely in this estate agents. Me and my partner were looking for our first home together and helped us find a lovely flat that we’ve now moved in to. We were dealt by Jessica Bird and she was absolutely lovely, professional and went above and beyond for us, as we were newbies and didn’t know what we were really doing! She was always pleasant on the phone and didn’t ever make us feel patronised which I’ve felt with other estate agents as new renters! So thank you very much! Highly recommend Jess she’s lovely!

Atlas estate agents have looked after our property for the last three years while we lived abroad, they have been amazing they found tenants straight away for 12 months and when they were due to leave they had new tenants ready to move in, they were very thorough with the check in and check out reports. They sent us the full inventory with pictures and the house was left Immaculate after each tenant. Any work that needed to be carried out they would email us with the information and price and promptly get the work completed. We liased with Kate frost mostly as we were getting prepared to move back into the house ourselves and Kate was brilliant always answering any emails we sent her and doing everything to make it run smoothly for us. If you are planning on renting out a property we would definitely recommend atlas estate agents as they take care of everything and we couldn’t of asked for more, Thankyou very much

From start to finish, Atlas were excellent during the sale of our property. Communication throughout the process was wonderful and the staff who led the sale, Bobbi and Karon in particular, were so helpful and well informed. Bobbi was also really helpful when dealing with our purchase agents - which we really appreciated. I was also impressed with the photography for our sale. The pictures really helped to sell our house and drum up a lot of interest! Thanks for all of your help.

A pleasure to work with!!!! I put my property on at a difficult time of year and the whole experience from Atlas was very smooth and faultless!! Also lastly, Jacqueline is a star, with her warm welcome, character and charm, who brings something special and unique when viewing properties!!! Finally completed after 13 months from putting my house on the market and Jane helped me progress the sale, although it wasn't without its many obstacles!! Karon Beighton - Senior Valuer started the sale of our home. Karon came to our home, she was very professional and informative with regards to what you need to know about putting your home on the market. Karon advised the staff in the Allerton Rd office would be dealing with our sale and that they would stay in contact with us throughout all the different stages of the sale. Bobbi was our main contact in the office, she was always very polite when contacting us. We were kept up to date not only by phone, but by text, and we had access to the app. Atlas also recommended a solicitor. This solicitor was not forced upon us, but is one that has been dealing with Atlas for some time now and so would make the sale smoother. We can not fault Atlas at all, we would recommend them and would use them in the future. ✨️ Our home is sold subject to contract. ✨️ Thank you so much to the team at Atlas.

Marketing of property was excellent, making full use of their website, Rightmove and Zoopla. Advert was perfectly written and the standard of photos was top quality. Atlas set the price at the right level to generate interest from the right buyers and gain maximum exposure. Excellent communication throughout the selling process with updates on all viewers and regular overall progress updates. Atlas were very skilled at matching my property with the right profile of potential buyer and therefore went for quality of potential buyer, not quantity of potential buyer.
