GoogleThis is my first time renting a house, and Atlas Estate Agent had the perfect home that suited me and my family, I was worried as it’s my first time, and this is a big step to take for our future but Will and Michelle both guided and and helped me through the whole process it was quick and simple. They answered all my questions and responded to all my emails.whenever I called everyone spoke in good manner and provided me with the correct information. GoogleAfter my letting agent of many years decided to hike their fees to eye watering levels, I got in touch with Atlas Estate Agents for a tenant find. What a superb service they provide. From clearly displaying their fees (which is a rare thing for estate agents) to the professionalism and brilliant communication during the valuation, viewings and applications process. Special mention to Karon and Pippa who I dealt with directly, I couldn’t praise Atlas Estate Agents more, I will certainly be using their services in future and would highly recommend them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. I proceeded with a property purchase through them last June, only to discover very late in the process in November, after significant time and money had already been invested, that the property was subject to cladding issues. This critical information was not disclosed upfront, and it was only uncovered during solicitor enquiries close to completion. As a result, I had no choice but to terminate the purchase, losing around £1,500 in the process and substantial amount of distress. To make matters worse, the agency had recommended a solicitor to me to facilitate the process, who is now pursuing me for around £1,400 in fees, despite the transaction collapsing due to issues that should have been identified and disclosed much earlier. This has left me significantly out of pocket through no fault of my own. Dreams and hopes shattered! I formally raised this issue with the agency via email back in November, and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of accountability and basic communication is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience has been stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable had proper due diligence been carried out. I am still dealing with the financial consequences months later. I will be posting reviews on other channels too. Avoid this agency at all costs.

GoogleAfter 2 years of searching, being gazumped on multiple occasions and a million and one viewings, we finally managed to find our first home through Atlas, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Having previously dealt with the used car salesman style of a nearby agent where every contact just felt like they were squeezing more money out of us, Jane and Elaine were friendly, calm and made things happen as quickly as possible. Our best and final offer was actually the best and final, and I would gladly use their services in the future. The new home package we received on completion day was the icing on the cake.
