What a journey - approximately 18-months from finding our new home until we moved in. Atlas were there for about 16-months after we put our house on the market with them following 3 different valuations from other agents (one online / DIY agent). Atlas provided a valuation at the lower - mid end but we felt that the others had overvalued our house to gain our business and we would likely have to lower the asking price in due course. We also felt that Atlas provided a more bespoke service geared to our needs and valued their local knowledge and experience. The photographer / house plan developer was very good providing excellent photographs far better than we would have been able - another reason we didn't go with the DIY agent. The plan wasn't 100% accurate (we didn't expect it to be given the house size and complexity) but Atlas provided lots of opportunities to fine tune it and we were fully consulted on the final 'brochure' (yes, there was one but it's basically all online now). In discussion with Atlas we felt that given the nature of the house viewings should be undertaken by ourselves which was frankly very tiring but we felt it was the best option given our intimate knowledge of the house. Our first buyers pulled out (financial reasons) but Atlas were on the case straight away and the house was on the market with viewings booked within a week. This second time Atlas also provided the services of a videographer with a drone and the exactly one minute video got over 300,000 viewings on Tik Tok. Second time around things took there time but Atlas were with us all the way advising on our buyers position wrt offer / financial position / chain etc. At all times the decision on whether to move forward or not was ours. Eventually, the sale went through as I said earlier after about 16-months! I would recommend Atlas for their friendly professionalism and ability to understand your needs / wants and help you get the best price for your home.

I recently purchased a house through Atlas and the service I received was outstanding. They were efficient, kept me updated at every stage, called and emailed me when they said they would and sent introduction emails so I knew who I was dealing with through every stage of the process, absolutely faultless. Their approach to buying and selling a house is completely open and transparent and everything they tell you is with complete honesty. You can tell you are not being manipulated by them and they are purely acting in the best interest of the buyer and the seller at the same time. My house was on the market for 3 months with another estate agency, and despite countless viewings received no offers - in part because the house was initially overpriced, and in part because of the fact that everyone at the agency seemed to be too overworked to properly do the job of selling my house. The process of working with the agency was, as a result, chaotic, with many different people being involved in handling viewings, little reporting back to me on feedback from those, and a number of mistakes, like people showing up for viewings at times I couldn't do them. Working with Atlas, in comparison, was a dream. They were consummate professionals from the get-go, from giving me one person to liaise with on selling my home, to the high quality images of my home they produced (including 360 degree room viewings), arranging viewings and getting a sale - they handled the viewings, arranged multiple viewings at once, and secured a very good offer within hours of the first viewings. I am, in short, tremendously impressed with this agency and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

I genuinely can not recommend highly enough the level of service and communication that you receive at Atlas Estate Agents. Both the sales and rental experience have been to an extremely high level of customer care. You receive constant communication through emails, and any queries that you have are answered immediately by email or phone. I have had advise along the way also on things that have not gone to plan, and they always have your best interest at heart. We are trying to buy a house in South Liverpool while also trying to sell in another part of the country, and I wish Atlas existed where we live now. They are helpful and proactive, trying their best to accommodate our viewing requests. Lots of others never get back to you, or you're told a place is under offer, and weeks later it's still on the market. I appreciate we aren't procedable yet, but you have to start somewhere, and we don't want to get an offer on our place and have no clue of what we can get for our money.
