GoogleFrom the start until the end Atlas were professional, responsive, courteous and incredibly helpful. There were a few complications with my sale, but Atlas were brilliant with helping to solve any problems that came up. I went into my sale apprehensive as I had tried to sell my property with a well known agent several years ago without any luck, I ended up quite disappointed with that experience. GoogleAtlas have been managing our property in Garston for 2.5 years now and we are very happy with the service they provide. Their rates are competitive, they are very proactive and they are always available to talk to when needed and quick to get back to us with information when we have a query. We don't live in Liverpool and it's great to have agents who proactively manage every aspect of letting our property. They also ensured we were not left out of pocket and successfully secured us a deduction from the deposit when our last tenant vacated and left some rubbish which needed cleaning and some other remedial work to be taken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atlas. I've mainly dealt with Will but all of the staff I've had contact with have been great.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Atlas made our search for properties very easy. Michelle and her team have been incredibly helpful and professional the whole way through. We are moving from abroad and they didn't insist we saw the house in person before moving in like many other companies. This was a great help as we can't just pay for flights over to view houses. They have been so helpful from start to finish. Michelle has been very communicative and supportive throughout and has sorted out lots of the moving in admin like utilities etc. for us. She's been very understanding of our situation and we can't thank her enough! Thoroughly recommend!

GoogleAtlas took over the management and sale of our house in Liverpool from another estate agent who could not provide the quality and level of responsive and professional service I required. I was extremely pleased with the Atlas management and maintenance service and the personal touch was also evident throughout the sale process. Despite the buyer dragging their feet Atlas dealt with the frustration of delays with a professional approach and kept me in the picture. Atlas are the best estate agent that I have engaged with in the last 22 years of investing in property. Strongly recommended .

GoogleWe started searching for a house in Liverpool in August 2024 and Atlas Estate Agents came into our list of suppliers among other similar agencies. When we found a house, we started the journey of property purchase with the help of staff members from this agency. Staff are responsive, supportive and knowledgeable. Bobbi, Claire and Jane have helped us tremendously in updating the key stages of the purchase up to the final stage. They also acted as the co-ordinator between my solicitor and the vendor's lawyer. Such a conveyancing agency was introduced by Atlas via a platform called BreezeMove. They are all responsive and supportive. Long story short: the whole process was completed within 3 months which was an expected timeframe. We are very delighted to work with Atlas Estate Agents and we do not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a new house in Liverpool and nearby areas. GoogleSelling my mums house and my childhood home after her death was made very easy by Atlas estate agents. Communication was brilliant ( I live in London and was selling her house in Liverpool). They organised viewings of the house and publicised the property widely even taking into account my wish ( if possible) to sell to somebody who was going to live in the house. I was pleased with the final offer I received and things went smoothly to completion. I would definitely recommend Atlas to other customers.

GoogleWe had an excellent service selling our home through Atlas Estate Agents.They were friendly and knowledgeable of the local property market. The initial valuation meeting went well and we were sold on their enthusiasm, methods and drive to get viewings. A suitable offer came in very quickly. We were a little confused with the role of their sale progression team when they took over. They just appeared to give weekly updates from the parties solicitors rather than driving activity for completion. This said, when there was a slight stumble they did politely push the parties involved. They were ever so slightly more expensive than the other agents but they got the job done so we're well worth it. All told we would use this estate agents again because they were friendly, knowledgeable and delivered. Thank you Atlas Estate Agents.
