In a fantastic central location it provides access to both M4 East & West and is only 10-15 Minutes away from Swansea City Centre. We have an array of local attractions such as a variety of golf clubs, entertainment venues such as Manor Park Country House, several public parks, plenty of local sports and much more! With the Liberty Stadium only 10 Minutes away it’s an ideal location for the avid sports fan hosting Swansea City FC and The Ospreys Rugby team. When it comes to property we have an abundant mix of modern build estates and hidden gems in superb rural locations enjoying idyllic views all around. Voted ‘The Most Desirable Place to Live and Work in Wales’ in a Royal Mail Survey just this year not much else has to be said about our wonderful & convenient location.

I found my experience with Dawsons to be a relatively stress-free experience. I was able to talk to my assigned agent when I needed to, and got prompt calls back if they were unavailable, emails were answered quickly and I always felt able to drop into the office to discuss matters I was unsure of.

GoogleAwful, tried to get a probate valuation and they wanted me to pay £200 which will be then taken off at the end of the house sale. That's if I go with them. Then I got put through to commercial sales. Probate valuation are free.

FacebookBy far the WORST estate agents ever known! Not one member of staff have any sort of customer service, avoid 53 PENTREMALWED ROAD at all costs! They don’t fix the problem they just paint over the damp. My daughters £1000 pram had to be thrown because damp issues weren’t solved. Along with numerous of other items. After we terminated our contract, handing the keys back on the 1st they think they can justify charging us 8 days until new tenants move in so the landlord can paint over the issues ????????? because that’s all will be done. 1.5 years we put up with it, you shouldn’t of received rent at all living in this, never mind trying to get money out of us when we’ve handed the keys back! INSPECTIONS every 3 months are a load of s***. Don’t know why you waste the time giving these people job titles as they just think they are doing you a favour (as they’ve stated numerous of times) “not like it’s there job or anything” AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleAdvise not to use these if they fully manage the rented property. Let themselves in your house on many occasions without consent. Was still living in the property for the last month of tenancy and agreed I would be there for all viewings, man got there early and let himself in my house, being a young woman living on her own I thought it was disgusting, he was going around the house moving stuff and binning items he felt was rubbish which was not. Made me feel unsafe and felt intimidated being on my own in the house with a strange man. Such a relief to leave Dawsons and live in a stress free, safe feeling home.
