Excellent friendly staff at this branch - recently bought a house through them after losing out on 3 other houses, so was feeling a bit deflated but the staff revived our confidence and kept us updated throughout the purchase and were extremely friendly each time I went into their offices being my fussy self. I changed estate agents from another in Morpeth due to only 1 viewing in 6 months and no contact from them with updates. I went into Rook Matthew's and had a great feeling about them from the start. They gave a great deal of invaluable advice and help for putting it on the market. We had viewings within the first week. Then an offer on the property within 6 weeks or so. I am 200 miles away from the property near Morpeth and I can honestly say this was of no concern at all. I was kept informed all the way , with the sales progressors contacting the buyers, the buyers solicitors, me and my solicitors to keep everything running smoothly. They were excellent, professional, courteous, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about their profession. We sold our flat and despite a pandemic and RMS closing the local office during the sale we couldn’t have experienced a more professional service. In fact, Laura from RMS was on the ball throughout and did a better job than our solicitor. Without her we’d never have known our solicitor was causing a delay. We’ll definitely use RMS when we sell our next property - not so sure about the solicitor.
