Reeds rains did an amazing job of getting me into my new house.. Experian seemed to throw every obstacle possible in our way but Tanya was amazing at chasing it all up and going backwards and forwards to get it sorted out for me. I am more than happy to recommend these guys! Cairn the manager is professional, courteous and does what he says he is going to do. He gave sound realistic advice and did not try to charm me with the chatty chatty best friend approach! I have dealt with 2 other agents in Morley and my experience of them was very bad for various reasons. These guys called me back when they said they would and I never felt like I had to constantly chase them up or made to feel like I was just another property on their list! Michael was very efficient in every way and a nice guy all round, polite, professional, efficient and offered his advice where he felt it may help. All in all a good team which matched my high expectations! No false promises......they delivered!

A common misconception is that Estate Agents 'don't really do much for the commission they earn' but maybe that's just from people who haven't had Rachel at Reeds Rains in their corner. I have bought and sold a property using Reeds Rains Morley and I have had a good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to buyers or sellers. They are always quick to respond to emails and are very professional. They are a little bit more expensive than their competitors locally but it’s definitely worth it for the better quality service!
