Really poor and unprofessional service, very biased towards landlords. Having moved out of our property on a specific date, they were unwilling to provide any formal documentation to confirm the revised date of the tenancy ending, and simply passed the book to the landlord, who else refused. It has meant we are now liable to for council tax on two properties, something which thankfully the council are helping us with having had proof of what date we moved into our new home. The property we rented is now undergoing a dispute through their zero deposit scheme, to which we have been over-charged and falsified claims have been made in an attempt to claw a lump some of money back. There is no support being provided from the letting agents. What frustrates us the most is we remained flexible with them and the landlord during the pandemic and allowed people to attend viewings with masks on, although I wouldn't confidently say how these were arranged were by the the book, I didn't see the need for the lettings agent to come inside the property with the potential tenants, as well as allowing viewings take place amongst those who were just 'browsing'. I'd think twice about using these or renting a property through their zero deposit scheme.

I have just recently put my house on the market with reeds rains and i am thoroughly impressed with their work. They constantly keep me informed with everything they are doing and updates. They are by far the best to go with if you're thinking of selling/renting as they are so professional and fantastic at their jobs. Any questions i've had they are able to answer them immediately. Cairn, Michael, Rachel, & Emma is who i have been working with and cant thank them enough for their work.
