GoogleI could not of been better looked after and would not think twice about using reeds rains again everything was smooth and I was kept up to date with what was happening! Rachel Clark who looked after me was fantastic, so helpful but nice aswell even when Rachel was on holiday Danni filled in and looked after me talked me through the contract exchange and printed and posted it all for me. Thankyou for all your help guys

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service from the incompetent staff working in this office. A group of school children could run the estate agents better than these people. Total lack of communication was told they will get back to me and didnt. The worse was Sean he literally never gets back to you and when he does its the wrong information or timings. Do not use total cow boys

GoogleAfter using 3 different estate agents we were disheartened. But choosing YOURMOVE was the best decision we ever made. Jenna and the team were absolutely amazing. The customer service we received was second to none. Jenna went above and beyond the call of duty and am so grateful to her in particular! Don’t mess about like we did and choose YOURMOVE first! Great prices, hard working team, passionate about selling houses. Couldn’t ask for more!

GoogleSold a property in Morley through Reeds Rains, they handled the buyer and all his detailed requests, set him up with a mortgage and dealt with everything all the while keeping me well informed of progress and any problems along the way. Rachel Clark was my point of contact and was extremely helpful along the way, returning calls when asked and informing me of alternative contacts while on her break etc. Thank you and would use again.

Jamie was fantastic at the valuation, answered every question and Steph has been fantastic in updating me of the move in for my new tenant. GoogleIf I could review this estate agents lower I would. I initially signed for a property in 2021 with a partner - they messed us around for weeks at a time and made the moving in process as stressful as possible which lead to them finally releasing the keys after office hours despite having a moving van waiting all day. Immediately after moving in we had to make a formal complaint due to having to wait over 8 weeks for acknowledgement on maintenance issues. Not something you want straight after moving into a property? Not to mention later going 3 days without heating or hot water in the height of winter. They shut us up by offering to pay compensation of £150 for the inconvenience. However, later in the tenancy the other tenant moved out leaving me, a single young woman, living alone. The landlord, an older gentleman, turned up to the property without notice several times. On one occasion, I granted access to the property for him to review some damp problems, whereby he made multiple inappropriate comments about how my tattoos would look better without my clothes on, and that I was safe going upstairs alone with him. A few days after this, he knocked on the door at circa 7pm at night asking me to go for drinks with him. Being a woman living alone, knowing that this man is aware of this and is in a position of power, I didn't speak out until the end of the tenancy. This landlord then decided to claim over £700 of damages from myself. Luckily, we used the Zero Deposit Guarantee scheme and so they disputed this on my behalf and over £500 of this claim was rejected. Leaving me to pay just under £185 which was settled at the end of 2023. However, over a year after the end of the tenancy, Reeds Rains has just contacted me stating that I owe them £22. A reminder this was paid in 2023, the year that the tenancy ended. I would never ever recommend anybody to use this estate agents, it's a law suit waiting to happen and they clearly don't care about the safety of their tenants from landlords taking advantage of their position nor do they communicate with each other at all and prefer to harass previous tenants.

GoogleWoodkirk gardens price £170000 After purchasing a haulage yard in next street , I decided to put a cash offer in on this property , to be told other buyers have to view it first to make it fair , ok fine can see the point in that , ring back day after viewing to be told it’s had been sold , now how’s that fair , because of location I was willing to go to £180000 , so apart from me losing the house because of some porkys been told , the seller may have lost extra £10000 , depending on what it actually sold for , moral of the story is stick to your word & give everyone a chance , need less to say won’t be looking on their website again
We are sorry that you missed out on this property. We did offer you the opportunity to view but unfortunately you were unavailable. On this occasion our vendor received an offer that they were happy with and instructed us to accept the offer and remove the property from the market. As already advised should the sale not proceed as previously discussed we will be in touch.
