GoogleWe used Reed Rains for our first mortgage and they were great. We had one house fall through (due to the seller) and completed on another. During the whole process (particularly through the problems of the seller pulling out) Scott Yule and his team were reassuring and even managed to recover some of the costs that we wouldn't normally have been able to recover. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe found the service from the outset (Cairn) to be very professional and the whole Team (Danni, Hollie, Rachel, Tracey and Chris) couldn't have been any more helpful, especially when 'offers' had been accepted on both our sale and prospective purchase. Of particular mention must be the exemplary effort made by Danni who proved extremely proactive and effective by speaking to all parties in the chain thereby providing a very necessary 'link'. Danni certainly made a huge contribution to the success of the final outcome and is a credit to both herself and Reeds Rains.

GoogleMy wife and I (Michael Lapping) recently sold our house but were having problems finding a suitable property to buy as were looking for something a bit quirky. Danni couldn't have been more helpful. As soon as any suitable properties came on the market Danni contacted us and showed us around and dealt with all the negotiating. Even though we were checking out properties with every local estate agents Danni eventually found just what we were looking for and again dealt with all the negotiating at every level. Excellent service all around.

GoogleThese people don’t know how to communicate. I’ve been 13 days and counting without hot water and i have a 15 week old baby!!! the find every excuse under the sun, none of which make any logical sense, as to why they cant make emergency repairs fast enough. a plumber said it was dangerous and could set alight, they tried to shut me down and say it isn’t accurate, but guess what happened this morning? smoke bellowing into my newborns face!!!! smoke alarm wasnt working too!! the fire brigade came and confirmed the property is entirely unsafe, which i knew a week ago but the agency WOULDNT LISTEN. 13 days to get someone out to “attempt” to fix the hot water. leaks all over the place, main bedroom completely sodden, radiator not working at all in the main bedroom. this property was NOT CHECKED properly before renting out. appalling service, the worst i have ever come across

GoogleThe team is highly unprofessional and poorly managed, and a clear lack of communication is evident. Initially, they scheduled an appointment for a specific day. However, when I didn't receive any call or message on that day, I had to contact them. They informed me that there would be no viewing that day and rescheduled a new viewing appointment, which I confirmed for a different day and time. When I arrived at the property at the specified time slot, I found no one there. After calling the team, they instructed me to wait at the property, promising that someone would arrive to assist with the viewing. Yet, after waiting for 15-20 minutes with no sign of anyone, I had to call them again. This time, they informed me that no one was coming because their colleagues had gone to another property for a viewing appointment, and I was considered late. When I presented them with call logs as proof of my presence at the property at the specified time and that no one from the team had shown up, the agent suddenly became rude and began manipulating the timeline and their responses. It was only after countering with the facts that I realized the agent had abruptly ended the call.
