I was introduced to Scott Yule after viewing a property by Reeds Rains. Although I had not found the right home by then, Scott still took me through all the steps of what to expect for when I would be ready, looking at various mortgage options and giving me definitive ideas of how much to save on deposit and what the costs would be. As a first time buyer purchasing alone, it was a very daunting situation at first and I had no idea what to expect or what to do when purchasing a house. Ever since our first meeting he has kept in touch to see how the house viewing have been going and now finding the home I want, Scott has organised my mortgage finding the best deal for me and has still been on hand whenever I have had questions at this later stage of the house buying process. I would recommend Scott to others going through this process too!

I have had an excellent recent experience with the Morley branch of Reeds Rains. My previous tenant moved out on the 22nd and a new tenant was found very quickly and moved in on the 7th of the following month. Chris Bromfield was very helpful in contacting several tradesmen to carry out remedial work in the interim period and the whole process has been very pleasant and stress free thanks to the efficiency of the branch and Chris in particular.

We purchased our new home through reeds rains in Morley, Rachel Clarke dealt with our case and she was amazing throughout the process. Unfortunately we instructed an online agent to sell our home and, they were appalling compared to reeds rains. Many times throughout the process Rachel kept the chain moving, and dealt with issues that often weren't part of their chain. Without Rachels help the chain would have fallen through. Thank you for all your help, we wouldn't be in our lovely home without all your help.

I choose Reeds Rains to sell my house as I’ve dealt with them previously, and always had a great service. Danni helped me this time, and she did a great job dealing with the process for me. The buyer’s solicitor raised some unexpected questions following the survey, and when I called Danni to find out more, she said ‘leave it with me’. Danni was able to speak to solicitors and surveyors to fully understand the queries raised, and she resolved the issues with the buyer all within the same afternoon. All credit to Danni for keeping things moving through the ups and downs leading to exchange. She was completely professional, efficient and friendly throughout the whole process - exactly the kind of service more companies should offer! The whole Morley team have all been great to work with, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I'm really pleased with the service I've received. Thank-you all!
