GoogleExcellent service and support from Tracey and Katy at GF Properties. Thank you for all your advice and support during the sale of my property. I was kept up to date during all stages of the sale, from valuation up to completion. Prompt responses to my queries and questions also made the whole process run smoothly. A quick mention as well for Lee who carried out the initial valuation as well as providing me with some good sound advice in relation to preparing my property for sale. GoogleI've been with Gf property now for 3 years . The team are absaloutly amazing nothing is ever to much trouble for them. I've never needed much maintenance but when my cooker stopped working they went above and beyond to have a new one sorted with in a few days . All I can say is tenants you will be well looked after . Landlords the team at GF are sure to give you a remarkable service

GoogleI was really pleased with the quality of service I received from both Imogen and Tracy. Imogen lined up several potential buyers within a couple of days of terms being agreed with the agency and advised on the suitability of the offers we received. Having selected the buyer it was then over to Tracey to ensure the sale progressed quickly and she kept us informed of progress all along the way. .Problems arose because I had chosen the wrong conveyancers to handle our side of the sale but when Tracey states "leave it with me, I'll sort it" then you can relax and be certain that is exactly what she will do. Five stars all round, thanks you GF Property

GoogleSelena at GF Property has been and is really great dealing with the house I am renting through them. She has been super proactive with responding to maintenance issues and keeping in touch with updates etcetera. It’s made me feel heard as a tenant, when prior to this I’d been having a lot of difficulty with works being kept on top of. She’s a credit to GF Properties🫶🏻thank you!!!!

GoogleWe recently bought and sold through GF property and must say the service was excellent, we had various challenges throughout the moving process and Imogen worked really hard to resolve everything in her power. I really don’t see what she could have done any different to improve things. Using a local agent definitely helped us, I absolutely guarantee our move would not have happened had we used a cheaper online alternative so don’t underestimate the value of having someone like Imogen to coordinate solicitors, who understands the process from start to finish.
