GoogleWorking with the team from GF was simply a pleasant process, even when during the final stages of the purchase our main contact was unfortunately unwell and another team member stepped in to support, it was seamless.

Googleworse than useless live next door to one of there managed properties contacted on numerous occasions for them to sort issues that are affecting my property fobbed off and they won't engage with you or even come to see the problem ring up and they are board line rude

GoogleI love the polite way every time they answer the phone and had time and patience to listen n deal with everything and I was always calling each time no matter what I was calling for I was always spoken to nicely and never once felt anything was too much trouble Hanna never made me feel like nothing was too much trouble I would recommend them time and time again Brilliant excellent service THANKYOU 👌

GoogleDefinitely do not recommend! We arranged to buy a property they were selling. Agreed a purchase price with the vendor. Six weeks into the sale they told us we had been gazumped as they had continued to market the property and allow viewings even though a sale was going through without our knowledge. We were left with survey and solicitor fees but no house. Immoral! Not even worthy of one star!NegativeProfessionalism

I recently had a rather complicated sale of a property that I needed a ' hands on' agent that knew and understood what was required to sell this property ( I had previously tried with another agent that failed miserably ) - Gerry took this case on and listened to us and also made very valid suggestions to help us - the net result of Gerrys knowledge and perseverance led to a completed sale - more than happy with the service as they seem to go the extra mile
