We viewed 2 houses with Amanda Broster today, one Amanda arranged for us to view whilst viewing the first one on her recommendation when we were chatting and she was asking what we were looking for. Amanda was absolutely fantastic, she made the whole process an absolute pleasure with her lovely friendly, professional attitude giving us lots of non pressured time to look around both properties. We felt that Amanda really took the time to listen and show us what the properties had to offer and nothing was too much to much trouble. We left feeling that we had had a really good look at both properties, with our questions answered and time to take it all in.

As a landlord, I managed my property myself for a few years. While it seemed like a good idea at the time, I was constantly on the phone to tenants or contractors sorting out even the smallest maintenance issues. It quickly became time-consuming and stressful, especially trying to keep up with new legal requirements and making sure contracts were all correct and up to date. I cannot praise Tracey enough for all the months and months of hard work she has put in so my Son could buy his first house. As each hurdle showed itself, Tracey was on the phone, emailing and Zooming to get it all sorted. At times she seemed to be the only one that was pushing for everything to go through. She kept us updated AT LEAST once a week, usually more, and all I can say is she really is a woman that gets stuff done. Thank you Tracey!! I am sure the whole team have worked hard, but it was Tracey that really came through for us.

GF took on the selling of a property I had inherited, after we transferred from another local agent. I’ve been really impressed with the service they provided. Although the property took some time to sell as it needed a lot of work doing, GF kept actively marketing it and keeping me informed. Lottie, Hayley and Maddie were a real credit to the company. Whenever I rang the office, the phone was always answered and whoever answered would know the property and had access to the info needed to respond to my query. A special thanks to Tracey who is a tremendous asset to GF. She took over as the sale neared completion and communicated with solicitors and sellers in the chain to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible and dealt with some last minute delays at the bottom of the chain which nearly impacted on completion date.

Have just completed a purchase with GF. It all got a little complicated with the solicitor aspects but Tracey Love was brilliant, not only did she stay on the phone whilst I was stressed and crying, she contacted us straight away and kept us in the loop. As first time buyers we had no clue what was going on and the solicitors didn't keep us updated with each stage and what happens next but Tracey always did.
