I have found GF outstanding. I am a landlord and I can strongly recommend them. Each property has a dedicated letting agent which I like. Mine is Helen Walsh. I can honestly say that Hannah kept us fully informed of everything that was going on during the sale of my uncle’s house. We were advised about every viewing and given feedback. It was not an easy conveyance, as we had been unable to find the house deeds, but despite a few hiccups along the way the sale went through just before Christmas. Would definitely recommend GF properties, they seemed to have the most reasonable pricing policy and were proactive throughout.

Tracey has been extremely helpful since GF Property took over dealing with the sale of my property purchase. Tracey has always gone the extra mile whenever she was able to, and has always responded to any queries I’ve raised pretty much instantly, either via email or phone. She has been instrumental in getting all parties to act more quickly and communicate more efficiently than they otherwise would have done AND should have done ( which is way more than was required of her) , and I’m sure that without her help, I would have had to wait a lot longer to get a completion date. I find it very daunting to look for a property when it’s your first time, Although we were unsuccessful on the first property we looked up because we were outbid they were quick to point out another property which was actually better than the property. after putting the offering in on this property This team moved very quickly to help me as it was my first time buying a property. They explained a lot to me and was Helpful, as the sales progressed I was passed over to Tracy who finalises all the sales she was absolutely amazing. We spoke a lot of time on the phone chasing each other up and had a laugh talking to each other, but she could do not enough for me I’d like to thank the whole team for the big effort, but especially Tracy who did a lot of work in the end to get things sorted and quickly done.
