Fantastic letting agent. Your colleague Jodie was amazing at her job, always in touch keeping me upto date, friendly, polite and professional, a credit to yoir company. She got me moved in to a gorgeous flat very smoothly and they even offered to contact the utilities and council tax to inform them I was living here now. Selling a property can be a stressful experience at the best of times, and in our case the sale had all the hallmarks of what could be a nightmare. However the team at GF, in particular Tracey, made the experience as smooth as it could be, keeping on top of the multiple stakeholders and keeping us up to date with progress and ensuring that all parties were progressing as rapidly as they could. Great work guys!

Have recently been selling with GF, and although our sale didn't work out, it was through no fault of their own. Otherwise very friendly, helpful and kept us up-to-date with all communication throughout the process. Although the sale fell through, I will be letting with them instead.

I would just like to thank all at GF Properties. Be that the rental or the sales team. A special thank you to Tracey Love who just at the moment the sale looked like going west, she came in and spoke with a better grasp of the situation than we were receiving from the solicitors, rescued the sale, a big thank you.

Eight months ago we became free to pursue our dream of moving to the coast. We had the money to buy or rent, and knew it would be difficult, but never imagined how difficult. We booked two separate weeks in Morecambe, and never managed one viewing. Agents never got back to us, or told us properties were gone when they obviously weren't. So we left it over winter, and then tried again. This time we found a few decent agents, but the same attitude from most. Comments like - you can view when we tell you, not when you want to - then they would ring us when we were no longer in Morecambe. GF Properties were amazing. We dealt with them firstly to buy an apartment, but then decided with time limitations, we had to rent. We had exactly the same attitude from both sides of the GF business. They treat you as friends. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble, and they make dreams come true. This is basically a message to anyone out there who is selling or renting out property. GF Property don't sit there eating cream buns all day. They make things happen. I won't name the individuals who helped us, they know who they are. Thank you for being special. Keith & Joy

II wanted to write a review as I have recently bought a house using GF. From beginning to end of the process. Every member of staff was so helpful and in particular Carol. She helped me through every stage of the sale and even helped me locate local solicitors to work with. I cannot recommend the company and staff highly enough. Thank You

We purchased a property thro GF and from the beginning to completion nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were helpful and very supportive of any issues which arose, they were in contact with us at all stages and when I visited the Bare agents for anything they were pleasant, and most helpful and good for morale when things stumbled on occasion, the staff at Bare and Torrisholme were just fantastic. Big thank you GF God bless you all

We have just recently purchased a property with GF Properties, and I can't recommend their services enough. We dealt with Katy, who is an absolute credit not just to to GF, but the entire estate agency profession - she constantly kept us updated and went out of her way when needed to help us get the sale over the line in a very short space of time. Far and away the best agency ive dealt with.

Amanda met me at the property and was extremely welcoming …recognising me from previous viewings. She has a fabulous vision of how to transform properties after listening to my requirements and has given me confidence to move forward with an offer for purchase! Thank you!!
