GoogleI put my house up for sal last Nov. 2020 with an estate agent in morecambe the property felll through in Feb 2021 we met a lady who works at gf called Claire the lady who was buying our house was selling her house through gf but I would like to thank this great lady she deserves a reward for all the help she has given to me and my husband even though they wasn't our estate agents she has rang us regularly and talked us through the move step by step if it wasn't for Claire we would have been left to our devises as our estate agents haven't contacted us since March if I was looking to sell my house I would use gf I have learnt a great lesson in this move never to use the estate agent fh again I would like to thank Claire again amazing ladyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThis was a complicated sale, blighted by Lockdown and post covid restrictions but GF couldn't have been better. Co-ordinator Tracey Love was a life saver keeping everything in the air when I might have been tempted to give up.

GoogleSince we started the purchasing process for our house, GF have been nothing but helpful! This was our 2nd time trying on a house we liked, and after the bad experience we had first time around with a different estate agents, we were hesitant to go take on much advice/speak to someone, but after initially speaking with Claire, we felt instantly at ease and just knew this was gonna be the one! When we got closer to our completion date, we were transferred over to Tracey who introduced herself straight away, and made sure we knew where she was if needed! Thank you so much to all at GF for all your help during the most stressful time, you definitely made it feel like a breeze. We certainly now believe that things happen for a reason, and we were supposed to buy this house, and are glad we got to do it through GF Properties!

GoogleTracey Love at GF has been a consummate professional in all her interactions with me and my partner throughout a long, distressing, and drawn-out conveyancing process! She phoned us, even if the news was not good, which was often. She was empathetic and supportive at all times. Because of Tracey, our experience with GF was outstanding, in marked contrast to the non-comnunacitive, inadequate, and incompetent work of the sollicitors. I don't think we would have lasted the course without her. We are now very happy in our new home. Thank you, Tracey! :)

GoogleA team of absolute superstars! The stamp duty holiday meant that conveyancers and solicitors were snowed under. Getting responses was almost impossible at one stage, but I could ALWAYS rely on Tracey to be contactable and to do what no-one else in the process did- that is she always returned calls and kept me updated.
