GoogleI viewed a flat in Morecambe a few weeks ago, as a serious investor, and was very interested in purchasing, but before proceeding with an offer I asked the GF office if I could see a copy of the management company lease. It's been over a month with no sign of the info I asked for, not even a call back to see if I'm still interested in the property. I had also asked to be informed if another flat (which was under offer) became available again. I see that on Rightmove this other flat is currently back on the market, but I've had no call to advise me of this.. Very poor customer service, especially when I am an investor looking to buy at least one property!! Surely even the hint of an offer should receive a prompt response and follow up?

GoogleVery professional service provided by all the staff at G&F. We were provided with considerable assistance from Claire. Despite issues with both the sale and purchase (neither of which were of G&F's making) we were provided with help and support from start to finish. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Claire, she dealt with all the issues in a very skillful and competent manor.
