GoogleI purchased a leasehold flat using GF Property Sales and Lettings. Buying or selling property is quite stressful, however Tracey Love at GF made the task as easy as was possible. She was patient and very professional, keeping me regularly updated with progress. I would certainly use GF again

I moved in a new property not too long ago right after I arrived UK, and the team has made the process very easy and streamlined for me regardless of the complicated system here in the UK for admitting foreigners XD. After move-in, there were a few issues with the house, and they responded with great promptness and professionalism. Definitely a great choice

My first contact was Lee Bradbury (RA) who social distanced valued the property and he was professional in every way and someone I felt at ease dealing with, the valuation which turned out to be very accurate, he was very helpful, answered emails out of hours which was very reassuring. My other main contact was with Claire Palamountain, by phone or email, she was always polite and courteous. She kept me updated by phone regularly. I would strongly recommend GF Property Sales and Lettings to anyone and if I am ever in the position of selling another property, I would look no further than GF Property Sales and Lettings, many thanks to the whole team. GoogleHaving recently purchased my house via GF Property I can not recommend them highly enough. Even though they were essentially working for the vendor, at all times they were professional, friendly & competent. I'd like to mention Claire in particular who I dealt with throughout the purchase, even with the restrictions in place, she was always contactable, responded to emails and phone calls quickly and was pivotal in liaising between both sets of solicitors and the vendor and I. I don't plan on buying another house, but if I did, I'd hope that the company selling it were as good as GF Property were on this occasion. GoogleI was given poor advice by their staff member who showed me a house. He told me to put in a lower off than I was going to as it would be an acceptable offer. It wasn't and because of that I lost the house to another buyer. Don't take advice when viewing with them.
Thank you for your feedback. Our sales staff strive to achieve the best price for our client, the vendor. It is worrying to hear that we would encourage a buyer to lower their offer. Certainly not the GF way!
