GoogleFor two octogenarians who had not moved house in over forty years the thought of moving was daunting. The James Dean team in Abergavenny made the experience much easier than expected by the courteous and understanding manner in which they helped us sell our house. We can not thank enough Oliver, Hywel, Emily and Molly for their efficient, professional and friendly way in which they handled the whole process. Should we ever return to South Wales we know where to come!

GoogleTo undertake the sale of my late Mother's house I randomly chose an Estate Agent from the web. No answer so I phoned the next one - and luckily in retrospect Hywel at James Dean picked up the phone. Exactly what I wanted - great service and he subsequently met me and my siblings (we all live away from our home town now) at the house. He advised us to take an offer which he got before the house went on the market which eventually went through. Hywel is very personable and delightfully efficient he replies to emails straight away - phone calls too. I have recommended him to other parts of our family too - top chap !!

GoogleWithout hesitation I would recommend James Dean Estate Agents. Oliver was reliable and enthusiastic when showing prospective viewers the property. The feedback was relevant and succinct. Through no fault of myself, the buyers or the estate agent the purchase became quite prolonged and in all that time Mollie stayed on the case, following up and chasing everything to keep the sale moving forward to a happy conclusion. She emailed regularly to keep me updated. She responded promptly to any email or phone call I made, always with warmth and understanding. I wish them every success with their business.
