GoogleJames Dean were fantastically helpful, not only with the letting of our property for a number of years but also with the sale of our property. Unfortunately, we had a delay due to a lengthy chain but James Dean were persistent and pushed forward every party in the chain to close, ensuring the exchange was complete and everyone was in their new homes in time for Christmas. I highly recommend.

GoogleFantastic advice when I was weighing up the options to sell or rent -very knowledgeable. We eventually sold the house and Oliver was really professional, made the experience run very smoothly and alleviated a huge amount of stress I had about getting the place ready for photos. I would use James Dean again in a heartbeat!

GoogleMy sister has a flat in Abergavenny - very expensive, one bedroom. Went to visit last week - very old building but and here is the big but! No hot water in kitchen or bathroom. Dean Estate agents manage building but do nothing! This is an environmental hazard to health care of legionnaire disease but Dean's estate agent" s are not interested! Cow boy builder employed by whoever, throwing bath tubs rumble, out of old windows of other unoccupied flats ! No health & Safety considerations, put in ace . Beautiful old building that I just love and know we from over the years! All in all Dean's Estate agents are not in my opinion ,worth a toss! Money, money money but don't care for their tenants.

GoogleThe chap from this estate agent took us to see Ty Isaf Llanbedr Crickhowell NP8 1SY. We were in our campervan and he took us miles and miles through very narrow roads to the drive of this house that is on a very bad bend. We couldn’t get round the bend and had a lot of trouble backing out. The A479 is just metres away from this property, we could have got there easily. If he takes all viewers the way he took us over two months ago this company will never ever let this property.
