Please insist upon OR check yourself HMLand registry Records before VIEWING. BREAKING MONEY LAUNDERING RULES PLAYING AROUND LAW. ESPECIALLY THE RICHMOND BRANCH LISTING, they will cloud your judgement with fake reviews here and other stories. Reply shows offence and guilt to misdirect. Chancelllors pressurising TP to remove this as they are fully aware of this property and their illegal activity. Disputed property be warned. I have called the head office and sent the letters to directors and dismissed. Not even acknowledged.

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.
