We have experienced the most excellent support, care and expertise from the whole team at Horley White & Sons. From the very first walk in experience to discuss our property sale, they have all provided excellent knowledge and support throughout what can be a tricky process. We felt the whole experience was personalised to our family and at no stage were we let down. The communication from the team is exceptional and they really do care. Our property was marketed well and viewings were organised promptly. Once sold, we were fortunate to fall in love with our next home which happened to be another White & Sons property, and again we cannot fault the team from a buyer's perspective as well as a seller. We really cannot recommend the White & Sons Horley team enough!

The team at the HORLEY office are incredibly professional and helpful with our purchase. My sale with my local estate agents has been anything but straightforward and if I had my time again I would 100% be using White & Sons. Can’t fault them at all. Not doing this as a regular thing I assumed all estate agents are the same, I cannot stress the fact more that they are not. So when selecting one to deal with make sure you pick people that will actually do their jobs (Matt and James especially brilliant) and keep you informed and have even gone above their own responsibilities to get the sale/selling done. Eternally grateful.

Rented through this estate agents and ended up being a awful experience. We kept the house so nice but when we left they accused us of stealing stuff,lying on checkout constant emails it’s been awful. I was in hospital at the time of moving and it’s been a horrible experience I’m so glad I’m out of the rental sector as the way they treat tenants is awful. It doesn’t matter how well you look after the property they will try to take every last penny they can! We went round to ask if we had any post and got accused of harassing the new tenants I have never heard anything like it! Don’t don’t don’t rent through this estate agents unless you like being fleeced at every last corner!

We have used the block management team at White & Sons for the management of our small estate in Dorking for the last ten years. We have found them to be very helpful and responsive to queries; equally they refer matters to the directors of the management company for approval on a regular basis for approval rather than being overly presumptive.Justin Theobald has always been there in overall charge of the team and has been happy to meet or discuss matters with with the directors when necessary. We have always found Justin to be very professional and also approachable.
