Erin showed us round and took the time to sit and listen to our concerns and answer our questions in a really relaxed way which put us at ease. Cedric has been so helpful all through, going above and beyond expectations in helping to sort problems which cropped up along the way, and Jack deputised for him and was really helpful too.
