GoogleI had an amazing experience with letting a flat for me with my family. I have no words to express my gratitude for Keven's work. GoogleWe recently completed a sale in the middle of alot difficulties. But, I must say Goodfellows estate agents moved mountains for us. They were polite, understanding and very patient on our journey. Happy to help and accommodate us at the drop of a hat. I must mention 2 people Omar Shoshanya and Jaimie the branch manager. People made and jigsawed to their profession. Thank you all.

Google"If you want to get gazumped you're in the right place!" Several red flags here. First one was an offer we made that never made its way to the seller (only after we contacted the estate agent did we learn that no offer had been formally communicated to the seller). Second, and the most worrying one, is the fact that we made a generous offer, were told the property would not be further marketed, and Goodfellows and the seller still allowed for viewings to take place over the weekend. We got news that we had been 'gazumped' on Monday the following week as both the estate agent and seller allowed for further viewings. Interestingly enough, someone had offered just £5k above our offer which was already £15k above the original listed price. I wonder how the other buyer got to that value by themselves alone. Highly unethical.

Dear Joao Moreira we are very sorry that you are unhappy with our service to you, the property was marketed at Offers In Excess £400,000. We did have seven different interested parties and indeed your offer of £415,000 was of interest to the vendor but they chose to allow the other parties to view the property on Saturday and this resulted in an offer coming through which was higher than your offer. My colleagues called you to inform you that a higher offer had come through and gave you the opportunity to counter this offer but we understand that at that point you chose not to and subsequently withdrew your offer. We are sorry that you are unhappy with us but we have tried to communicate with you and unfortunately the current market does mean that the seller can chose from multiple offers and our role is to offer the seller that service, but we are disappointed that you feel that we did not communicate with you as that is also our role. Within 4 days, they had matched me with my current property and were efficient with the handover, guiding me through each step. I could always reach my agent (Gerald) as I had 3 points of contact and he would always keep a cheerful disposition when consulting with me.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe whole team at Goodfellows have been professional and courteous, with a great knowledge of the local market. The initial evaluation and selling strategy by Cathi enabled us to sell our house promptly. Jonathan and Jamie (Sales Negotiators) were always courteous and prompt when carrying out viewings. Jonathan in particular has worked tirelessly to overcome any problems that have arisen in the sale. He has kept all parties informed during the sale process and couldn’t have done more to help the sale progress. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleCould I please have 10 stars here??!!! I can only praise these guys and lady at the Goodfellows in Mitcham! I really had a taught experience with my selling/purchasing but Jamie, Cathi and James have done an amazing job! I would never thank them enough for all the help and support during the whole process! Their knowledge and professionalism have no comparison! I truly believe they should have a pay rise as soon as possible and a paid day off in the next week as they fully deserve it! I hope the big boss will read this review and agree with me!

GoogleI sold my house through Goodfellows, and overall I am impressed with the service I received from them - I have made the below positive & negative feedback: POSITIVE: i) I initially decided to go with Goodfellows due to my Dad having a good experience selling his properties through their Sales Manager, Jamie Ford - I will echo the fact that Jamie stayed in touch throughout the sales process, as well as on his days off work! ii) Considering Brexit, we eventually got a good offer on the house! iii) I was continuously kept updated by James Girvan whenever appointments were booked, which showed that they were always looking for suitable buyers. NEGATIVE: i) In between the viewings and initial low offers from prospective buyers, I did receive a number of calls from a junior member of staff, where I almost got into arguments with him, where he was pressurizing me to accept almost any offer which was given, "due to Brexit" - Because of him, I was on the brink of deciding to go to another estate agent, but after escalating this issue to James Girvan, I did notice that that junior member of staff eased off on the pressure - I've been told that that junior member has left the company, which is good news for them, and you!
