GoogleWhat can I say, absolute pleasure having Cathi come and value property. Born to be an estate agent, loves her job, knowledgeable of surrounding areas, the process of selling and buying and the costs and all factors involved. Things you havent thought of Cathi knows. Cathi would make you want to sell and buy just to work with her, as she knows so much. Genuinely lovely lady no sales pitch. She would definitely get you the best price for your house. Highly recommend if you are selling, worth the cost of going with Cathi at Goodfellows rather than a fixed fee company.

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service!! I sold my property through Goodfellows early this year and I couldn't believe how effortless they made the transaction. Musa handled the entire process for me. He found me my buyer and asked me at that stage if I would like to use the in house solicitors. They were a little bit more expensive than the 'high street' solicitors. Musa assured me that even if that was the case he would handle the whole case directly with the solicitor and I wouldn't need to be involved in the process at all. I work a lot so I wouldn't have had time to deal with the issues. Throughout the whole sale I received one call from Musa prompting me to fill out the starter pack for the solicitor and order the management pack's ready. He handled the entire process from start to finish and from the reviews I can see from my buyers always was available and knew what was happening throughout the sale. Honestly cannot fault the service got exactly what I paid for and more. If you are looking for the type of agency that will go above and beyond for you and respect your instructions then look no further. They even helped me with removal of some items from my flat free of charge!!! Fantastic work and hopefully look forward to doing business again in the future!! GoogleI am thrilled to learn that there are still nice/ committed estate agents like Good Fellows and I am delighted to say the professionalism and prompt communication have made it possible for my newly renovated flat to be rented out in a space of less than three weeks. The agency appointed key worker was updating me regularly and made all effort to take my wishes into account when it came to deciding the suitability of tenants which to me means as a Landlord you also have a choice on who rents your home to avoid doggy tenants. I wish to thank the team and also I would advice anyone trying to find a right tenant don’t hesitate to give Good Fellows a chance to market your property. Google"If you want to get gazumped you're in the right place!" Several red flags here. First one was an offer we made that never made its way to the seller (only after we contacted the estate agent did we learn that no offer had been formally communicated to the seller). Second, and the most worrying one, is the fact that we made a generous offer, were told the property would not be further marketed, and Goodfellows and the seller still allowed for viewings to take place over the weekend. We got news that we had been 'gazumped' on Monday the following week as both the estate agent and seller allowed for further viewings. Interestingly enough, someone had offered just £5k above our offer which was already £15k above the original listed price. I wonder how the other buyer got to that value by themselves alone. Dear Joao Moreira we are very sorry that you are unhappy with our service to you, the property was marketed at Offers In Excess £400,000. We did have seven different interested parties and indeed your offer of £415,000 was of interest to the vendor but they chose to allow the other parties to view the property on Saturday and this resulted in an offer coming through which was higher than your offer. My colleagues called you to inform you that a higher offer had come through and gave you the opportunity to counter this offer but we understand that at that point you chose not to and subsequently withdrew your offer. We are sorry that you are unhappy with us but we have tried to communicate with you and unfortunately the current market does mean that the seller can chose from multiple offers and our role is to offer the seller that service, but we are disappointed that you feel that we did not communicate with you as that is also our role.
