GoogleUsed Gareth to find a new home - his service was really efficient and found him easy to deal with. Overall service has been fantastic. Unlike a lot of other agencies who seem to ignore your requirements, Gareth and Goodfellows only sent properties that met our criteria. Will use again and highly recommended.

GoogleBad customer service have called twice now and both times have been told I'd get a call back but never have. I'm left on hold for long periods of time. I call and ask to speak to someone one in sales, very unprofessional man says yes you can speak to me but when I enquire further he puts me on hold as its actually someone else I need to be speaking to!waste of my time. If I was a seller I would not use this agent as they don't have any interest in selling your property to potential buyers.

GoogleJamie Ford at the Mitcham branch is an excellent agent. He not only talks the talk but walks the walk as well. On the first consultation with him, he promised to sell my mums property within 8 weeks. So I specifically signed an 8 week only contract. Before mums property had gone on the market we were getting constant views. Barely 2 weeks of property being on the market mums property was sold for full asking price. Jamie and the other team members were always pleasant and helpful at all times. Jamie called periodically to keep us informed of thing from mums buyers side . He even replied to emails and messages on Sunday. Dealing with them was a smooth and pleasant experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleComplete time wasters. BUYERS BEWARE. They strung us along for 3 months, wasting our time and lying to us about a seller that was not in any position to sell. They cannot be trusted and will exploit your patience. It’s not ok to mess people around like Goodfellows do. A heartbreaking experience.

GoogleIs there such a thing as a trustworthy and honest letting agent? A letting agent that won't lie to you and actually do what you asked them to do and will reply with honesty and not halve truths or try to shift the blame? I think not.

GoogleVery very poor service over all. We have had our family home on the market with them for over 7 months. Still not closed the sale. Even turned away other buyers from putting in any offers. Made mistakes on their website. Broken promises to the point where being out of contract with them we moved to another estate agents.
