GooglePretty impressed with the service Gareth Vaughan has provided. He has found two properties on two occasions for me exactly when I needed help and it was super quick. Both properties suited my requirements and when I’ve had questions he was easy to reach and always explained everything in detail. If I need another property again, he’d be the first to call!

GoogleThe worst experience I have ever had with the estate agency! Very poor communication , lack of providing details regarding the property I was going to rent. Not taking responsibility for any issues I have raised when I got a key and see the place not cleaned! One pair of key didn’t fit into the locks! Horrible experience , I don’t recommend!!!!

GoogleAt a time when I really needed find a place before Christmas and move in, all the agents I called said it was impossible BUT then I got in contact with Goodfellows in Mitcham and spoke with Gerald Afriye and all I can say is that he clicked his fingers and I had the keys in my hand within two days. He was incredibly professional, friendly and very responsive. He made the impossible happen and on top of that he made it so easy for me. He is an absolute star, thank you so much for everything.
