GoogleHad and am still having the worst experiance from Goodfellows Mitcham. I called and arranged a viewing , they never turned up left me hanging for 45min-1hour in the heat and 7 months pregnant. No one called me back to even assist or apologise I called again this week to reconfirm another viewing still nothing. No email no calls nothing from them. I wont be making the same mistake to turn up to a viewing without any formal confirmation. Its worth reporting to Ombudsmen regarding their behaviour to clients.

GoogleThe agen was very nice in person, but took four days to email us about a property we viewed and the main part of the email was him asking us to leave a 5-star Google review of him so he could win a competition. I wouldn't trust any 5-star reviews where they namedrop a member of staff. Not very professional.

Jack very kindly guide us where to start and showed to us the property that we loved. Through all the process he was very communicative and supportive. GoogleMy brother and I recently had to sell our parents home after losing them both. Not an easy thing to do. Cathi did the initial appointment and she was sympathetic and made it an easy decision to go with Goodfellows. Omar took over the selling of the house and I couldn't have asked for better.
