GoogleUnprofessional agency, Lady didn't show up for viewing, went for a meeting without notifying us. They sent some else instead, no knowledge about property, was very bothered we want to see it.

GoogleVery happy with the whole process. Found a place to rent. Response back from the estate agents was prompt. Viewing arranged within 24 hours. The offer was accepted in 3 days. Moved in within 3 weeks.

GoogleOverall a good experience with Goodfellows, had some bumps in the road with some miscommunication but these were solved swiftly and dealt with accordingly.
