A first-class and very professional experience from Cinch Storage in Woking.

From the outset, Craig and his team were friendly, polite and very helpful.My storage options were explained to me in detail along with the associated costs. All my questions, however trivial, were answered. The paperwork was minimal and completed quickly.Access to the facility and the storage unit was easy and security excellent. The whole facility was very clean, dry and well ventilated. A testament to the staff employed at the Woking facility.I cannot recommend Craig and his team at Cinch Storage in Woking, highly enough. You have to use Cinch Brighton!

We recently used Cinch Self Storage in Brighton whilst we had a gap between houses, and its hands down one of the best experiences we've had not just for storage but for a service in general. The storage units are well equipped, clean and tidy, incredibly secure and they have all the accessories you could need to help ease the process of loading/unloading including trolleys and sack trucks etc. They also sell boxes, mattress protectors, bubble wrap etc at the cheapest we had seen it whilst moving house. The loading area is large and access is easy during open hours but also after hours too. We were really pleased with the unit we got and think it was incredible value for money. In addition, the customer service is second to none, Stuart looked after us from start to finish, was really communicative when booking and every time we came by to unload/load was on hand with a bottle of water or a cup of tea, or some friendly advice which was a god send after a stressful moving experience. We could not recommend Stuart and Cinch enough, and just wish we had more to store! Thanks Stuart!

Tip Understand the size of your storage room !

Harriet was excellent in explaining the different sizes of room and costs , I had misunderstood the size of rooms and she pointed me in the right direction very quickly my tip for anyone else , is physically go and check the storage room size before you bring stuff to store , will save you a lot time and embarrassment !

Great mix of different sized units, small right up to 1100 sq ft. Power and lighting in many of the units and all very clean. Best thing though is the fantastic team, Lauren, Jack and Maria go above and beyond to accommodate and make you feel welcome! Best self-storage facility in the UK!! 🔥

Cinch Leighton Buzzard

I could not rate the service given by the staff at Leighton Buzzards Cinch storage highly enough the whole team was very helpful and supportive while I was moving house. Jason, Aaron and Matthew made the whole experience was made less stressful and having the ability to get access to my stuff 24/7 allowed me to pop in and getting or drop things off whenever I needed to an added bonus. I'd defiantly recommend you to anyone needing storage for anything

Very friendly staff always happy to help and as a small business owner they made my experience so easy and access was the most important thing sometimes I needed to operate outside of office hours and on many occasions Jason, Aaron and Matt made that possible. Super friendly bunch and my equipment was always safe and secure. They always kept my parcels and deliveries safe for me too. EDIT - after i posted this review, lauren called me, to offer her appologies personally, and asked if there was anything she could do to make my experience better, i was really greatful for her call and offer as moving house is very stressful and she could she that i wasnt having a good day, after her call i felt much beter abiut the service and the whole customer experience. she also offered to wave the fee which i greatly appreciated, thank you Lauren.Additional charges everywhere, be careful to read and re read the small print. They will harass you to leave card details, but don't mention that if you don't give 2 weeks notice of when you plan to leave even if its within your booked dates they will charge you a leaving fee .... what an outrageous joke. Reception staff are rarely at reception.

Amazing expeirence at Cinch Seaford !

Needed a space to store my costumes for a school play and Cinch didn't disappoint! Great advice on what was best and they found me a ground floor space which was perfect. I felt safe when popping in and out and Harriet was so attentive to any question I had. Definitely be using again.

Friendly local storage

Both Jason and Matthew were very friendly and helpful in sorting out the storage we needed.The process is straightforward....the only niggle being the slightly complicated entry and exit process that you have to go through every time. Other storage units provide an electronic entry fob which is simpler. However obviously security is taken seriously!

STORAGEI would like to give Cinch Self Storage and the Staff a massive 5 Star for the help and assistance when I needed it most.When my wife came home from Care she needed a Hospital Bed and Hoist and consequently I had to make immediate arrangements to store some of the Furniture I had in the Sitting Room to make space for them.I had no idea where to go but from some research I duly visited Cinch and met with Jason.He immediately understood my predicament and procceeded to show me the various Units available and advised on which would be the best for my needs.I am pleased to report that the Unit was offered at a very reasonable price and the space suited my needs perfectly. The unit was also immaculately clean and I always felt that my Furniture was very safe from any damage or theft. In addition, access to the unit was very easy even for larger furniture items like Sofa's.On subsequent visits to check on my Furniture, both Jason and Aaron were always there to help and made sure that everything was still what I needed. Throughout I always found them to be extremely pleasant and polite staff to work with.I now have my furniture safely back home but should i need any storage facilty in the future then I would have no hesitation in using Cinch again.

Best customer service

If you're unsure about the size and dates to rent a storage unit - this should be your go to. As there was a gap between my move out and move in dates, I found myself needing a storage unit around Leighton Buzzard. I have messaged via the form on the website outlining the furniture and belongings I have, and received a call back within minutes from Aaron to discuss further. He has selected the best size for me (and it all fit in just perfectly!), so I went ahead and booked it in. They were very flexible on dates and unit sizes too! Price wise it is truly much cheaper than I expected. On the day of the move in, Jason helped me out selecting the best unit possible and walked me through all the bits. The move was taking some time and we needed access after they leave for the day, but here was a problem with the gate, so I called Jason and he came back within a couple of minutes to fix the issue! The service I have received from both Jason and Aaron was outstanding. I couldn't recommend them more. :)

Aaron did an excellent job of helping me choose a storage space yesterday, we called into your business to inform about any possibilities on the way back from Amsterdam, he showed us various spaces and took the time to explain all my requirements, I immediately decided Cynch was the storage company I was looking for and had no reason not to comfortably leave my personal belongings in his hands.Without his input and detailed attention I'm sure I would have shopped around to get more quotes but he convinced me we were in good hands with Cynch.

Not the best start - but all good now

This was originally a one star review, after a very frustrating start to my 3 month rental with cinch Brighton. After Stuart and the team went beyond what you could ever expect to put right the issue and even helped me unload a van, I can’t in my best interest leave this as one star… so have switched it to 4.Customer service was second to none.They owned the fact they made a mistake and did everything possible to put it right within 24 hours.A lot of company’s could learn from this. Best Service from Staff at Brentwood Branch.

Graham and Jake at the Brentwood branch have been so supportive the best customer service by far.I needed a storage unit and had found Cinch at the Brentwood branch and I then arranged to meet with Graham where he kindly walked me through all the units available with sizes and prices. After deciding I went with the 100sq foot unit and week later I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit, and both Graham and Jake were very accommodating when I explained my situation and they both showed me bigger units and I was able to choose what I needed and everything was done straight away.Service from both Graham and Jake was 100% and I would highly recommend Cinch Self Storage Brentwood. Would definitely use Cinch Self Storage again.
