Friendly, cheerful and helpful.

The men working at our local Cinch storage were friendly and helpful and cheerful the whole time. It was easy to get our belongings stored, the storage was clean and fresh, the trolleys all worked well. We could back in under the porch so we didn't get rained on. Parking was great. The van was free to borrow for the day. What more could we have asked? I would strongly recommend Cinch Storage to anyone - especially now I know it's nothing to do with those dreadful car adverts on the TV.

Thank you Gosia for the excellent service you provided to us at a very difficult time. Moving is never easy but Gosia and Cinch really eased the process. The experience from the first contact was good. On moving into our storage unit, which was beautifully clean, alarmed and easy access. Gosia was extremely helpful by offering and showing us alternative sized units to meet our needs. She really went that extra mile to accommodate our requirements. We would definitely recommend Cinch to our family and friends. The service provided is Gold Class. Customer Service response

Despite numerous emails, and telephone calls, Cinch (Gillingham) have failed to give me an adequate response to how they calculated a refund to me, in July.I first contacted them around the end of July and all I get back is 'someone will get back to you'.The last few emails have not even been acknowledged.Update 4 November 2023Within hours of this post I received a call from Cinch apologising for the service and sorting out the correct refund.They acknowledged it should have been sorted sooner. Thank you Mitesh Desai for taking control of this for me. Hopefully, lessons have been learned.

Easy to check in and happy to help

Mark was easy to deal with, provided a good deal on the unit and was very helpful with check in, which was a lot simpler than other storage places I’ve used before.On the day I was moving things in the delivery guys had a bit of trouble and made it just before closing, Mark kindly stayed on a bit so we could complete the move and can’t thank him enough.Highly recommended

Excellent service - Cinch Watford

A huge thank you to Aaron and Harriet for the excellent service, from my initial enquiry to booking my unit. Aaron was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and worked with me to get the best size unit to suit my needs as well as the best pricing. I have been at a number of storage facilities and the service provided here was exceptional and it was refreshing to see customer service of this level. The facility at Watford is modern, clean and well located. I thoroughly recommend it.

Couldn't be happier with Cinch...

The move in to my unit at Cinch Huntingdon was about as good as it could possibly be. I'd called the day before and spoken to Stuart who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when taking me through my options and subsequently inviting me down to view. Upon arrival to the office Stuart greeted me and took me up to the unit. Everywhere was very clean and tidy, the unit is in immaculate condition and the facilities such as toilets etc are really well maintained. Stuart took me through all the information regarding the contract and was very patient and helpful whilst I decided on how to proceed. I signed up that same day and have been over to the site everyday since and really can't fault anything. All the other members of the cinch team have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful and in really pleased with my decision to rent a space here. Would highly recommend.

I wanted a storage unit fast with no hassle on the same day. Aaron at the Watford branch superseded my expectations. Not only did he find me a unit that would suit me, he also found a driver with a van. I managed to make the move all on the same day, I just relaxed with a lovely cup of coffee which Aaron made for me. That’s what I call service with a smile.The unit are spacious, clean and brand-new.Thank you so much for your superb customer service Aaron.

Stuart made the experience great. Stuart was helpful ,friendly witty and I am told even kind to animals.They have occasional deals which help with last minute storage solutions and might even be able to adjust the price.Storage containers are clean and easy to access.Some customers |i am told like it so much they have even tried to move in.so there we go a great little container unit with a big heartand Simon wasn't bad either.

Ask for Andriana at the Brentwood Store!

I contacted the Brentwood store for a storage solution for business reasons. Andriana was very helpful over the phone to help me try and decide which size unit would suit my needs best. She was very friendly when I visited the store, gave me a tour of the different sized units and made signing up very quick and simple so I could move in on the same day. Would definitely recommend because of the great service I received.

High standard service with helpful and friendly staff

I was trying to find a good storage space for a few months and I'm really glad I went with Cinch Self Storage which was a more affordable option in Brighton. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone has been super helpful and friendly. Chris was there on the move in day and upheld this high standard in person, delivering great customer service and took time to make sure I was comfortably set up with my storage space while efficiently answering any questions I had.Would definitely go back again!

Great space and THE NICEST PEOPLE

Stuart and Jack have been incredibly helpful and most importantly so KIND while I have been storing at Cinch in transit between countries. The facility itself is convenient, clean, well managed and well-run, but the human kindness of the management is what stood out by miles. You don't expect it of anyone really, much less your storage unit staff, but Stuart was so VERY considerate and supportive when I was having an evidently difficult time, and his kind words made a genuine difference to me. Competitive Self Storage - in a Cinch!!!

Just moved to Cinch Southend from another storage facility. Jake was really helpful - answering all of my queries and showing me rooms. Mark & Jake were both really welcoming and the contract process was very easy to do. Prices really competitive & with the first 12 weeks at 50% off it really is quite a saving. Plus they offer so much flexibility on contracts too. Well worth enquiring :-)

We have been storing here for over a year now our business has been growing and In need of bigger space which Andriana was able to provide at a good price, also needed 24hour access as im a DJ and do events. Andriana has been a pleasure to deal with there has been occasions where the gate stopped working and she came in at early hours to open up the store for us to put our stock back in. Safe secure tidy storage

Have been a resident unit holder for sometime, since pandemic. Today was the day that the last bits have now been moved. Although we have said goodbye and handed back the unit, everything that did come out was perfect, ie not a hint of damp. If you need anything storing, use these guys, might not be the cheapest option, but if you value your belongings, these units are first class. Team onsite always very pleasant and helpful. Cannot fault.

Rob and David have been very helpful with my storage relocation. They assigned me a van from Cinch Earlsfield, we picked up my goods in Shurguard Purley Way and offloaded the goods same day to Cinch Mitcham. They provided me with great support when deliberating whether or not to move. Their communication was fast, polite, and friendly. They even honoured the discount after I delayed moving the first time around due to getting married. There was a period when the shutters were broken, but they still ensured everyone was provided with access while they fixed the issue. I'm very pleased with the service and can not recommend them enough.
