Setting up with Andrew was nice and easy he was very helpful with everything and made it easy for us to start, he personally touched up the office space before we moved in and it looks great! Paul is a great guy too, would definitely recommend cinch Chippenham due to good pricing, easy access & great people which is getting harder to find nowadays! Thanks guys

Cinch were pretty much the only stress-free part of moving house, cannot recommend enough. Truly went above and beyond to help, answer questions, explain, assist etc. Also reachable on the phone which can be such a difficult ask! Competitively priced too and special shout out to Andrew. TrustpilotPoor sercvice, do not get lured into introductory offers and fall victim to poor service.
Please do not use them. Cinch over charged us for our storage. Despite ongoing complaint and dispute they took unauthorised funds automatically form the crediit card. On the weekend of our move where we organized help and rented vans, out of hours access did not work. After hours attendance telephone number is a scam which would lead to working from home event loggers only. Discounts were offerered for the inconvenience which were then withdrawn. Long winded, repetative email replies wasted hours of our time and caused further stress. In the End we just gave up and emptied the unit earlier than planned. Store managers and area managers changed jobs and our complaint was left hanging unresolved. Dispute is still ongoing, we will not giveup. |Premium temporary storage for your valuables is supposed to convenient service not a hassel stress of dealing with scammers who overcharge for non service.

I am so impressed with the staff and service at Letchworth Cinch. I have just vacated my storage unit after 7 months and it has been an easy, smooth and secure process from start to finish. I am particularly grateful to Lauren and Becky for their cheerful cooperation throughout. Nobody likes to have their belongings in storage, but sometimes we have to and I would definitely recommend Letchworth Cinch.

Second time I have used Cinch Newmarket. Both times I dealt with Gosia who is beyond helpful ( the whole reception team are) . They’re very competitive with pricing and will offer you the best size unit for your duration . The unit is easy to access and incredibly clean & secure . GoogleI received excellent, friendly and professional service from David. From the moment I walked into reception I felt safe and welcomed. David was transparent and clear about what Cinch could offer me and recommended the perfect size storage unit for my belongings, which also matched what I could afford. I can't recommend Cinch enough (particularly the Mitcham branch). Thank you David for making the whole process so positive, quick and easy.

Everything was clean, tidy and well presented. The storage unit I rented was the smallest but was still large enough for a considerable number of boxes. Staff were amenable, helpful and friendly. It was also good that I could get in and out at any time with a special passcode.

A Great team! When we first showed interest in using an external storage unit, Joshua Nimmo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The whole Team at Cinch are very accommodating and friendly. Always pleased to see you and even offered you a hot beverage whilst you worked. The facility itself is rather modern and clean with plenty of parking available. Although if you tend to accumulate a lot of rubbish they didn't appear to have much in the way of waste disposal for large quantities of it. Overall we were very happy with the service provided to us over the 9 months we spent with them. Would be happy to recommend them to other business's in need of offsite storage.

Dangerous and utterly terrible experience. Every year they send threats about sending insurance documentation, that they already have, and if I don't they will add insurance charges to my bill. NEVER again Cinch, your arrogance and threating emails are the last as I am going to change storage companies. Furthermore the units are flimsy and would be easily broken into. The worst thing is that electrical wires are hanging dangerously from the ceiling giving further indication of their distain for their customer's safety.Jessica, I have already expressed my concerns with the branch who stated it has been raised to the highest level. The very fact that it has not been resolved is precisely why I have posted a review to warn others of the dangers of Cinch. With the greatest respect, a marketing admin person like you is not going to doing any about it are you.
