TrustpilotExcellent facility with super staff
The Cinch unit at Leighton Buzzard was excellent. There was a very good range of sizes of storage, the whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff were always helpful and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the young woman (Jenny) who was on duty this weekend, as we were emptying our store. She was not only very efficient but extremely personable, and put a final gloss on a very good experience.

TrustpilotThis was my first time using a self…
This was my first time using a self storage facility, Jake and his team were amazing. They helped to ensure I chose the correct sized storage unit by showing me around to help visualise. They explained the entire process (I had a lot of questions) and on our removal day were on had in case we had any further questions. Absolutely brilliant experience , nothing is too much trouble xx

TrustpilotSolid Self Storage With Helpful, Friendly Staff
At time of writing, we've been using the Woking Cinch Storage for a few months and it's all been good. The staff have been friendly and accommodating, frequently and quickly helping me out with any queries or concerns I've had (and never making it feel unwelcome) - and there's staff around at the weekends. The building itself is what you might expect from a self storage place so it does the job - it's got solid security, convenient access for vehicles, easy-to-find rooms with a straight-forward layout, and is kept in a clean state. The new offices are a nice, cosy addition too. We've not had any issues regarding this location in the few months we've used this place so there isn't really anything to add in that regard.
Hi Nick,Thank you for your great feedback regarding our team and store! We look forward to seeing you soon.Sincerely,- The Cinch Self-Storage Team

TrustpilotI’ve been using Cinch storage at…Brentwood
I’ve been using Cinch storage at Brentwood for a few weeks now. It’s been fantastic. All the staff are super helpful and really friendly. The storage facility looks brand new (no idea how old it is- guessing not very). There are lights inside the rooms which makes it super easy to see. Cinch Brentwood is the best storage facility I’ve used (had a few).

TrustpilotCinch Chippenham Excellent
We needed a storage unit in Chippenham at very short notice and Paul couldn't have been more helpful. The process was quick and straightforward, and a very positive experience. When we arrived to drop off, Andrew was there. Again, he was amazingly welcoming and helpful, offering coffee, water and help with carrying items if we needed it. I would definitely recommend this company, especially the Chippenham branch.

Fantastic service. From the moment I first rang Cinch, Sally was really helpful, advising me on the correct size storage unit and costs etc. When I came to move my belongings in she went above and beyond to make it happen as they were having their floors painted and without her help I wouldn't have been able to move my stuff. Google"Best service! I made an online inquiry at nighttime, and in the morning I received a call from David. When I told him that my builder gave me short notice, he promised to help. I went to the reception and both guys were amazing. David made the process easy and went through access to ensure it's smooth. Great job! Keep up the good work 👏"

TrustpilotGreat storage at a good price
I booked my storage but at short notice had to change the day as couldn’t move my belongings for another 10 days. Mark was very accommodating and kept the storage space reserved for me. Very helpful and professional, and the price is good as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Cinch storage. Thanks for a great service.
