From the first phone call to giving the keys into the office for our flat we have just sold with Elevation, we have been most impressed. The flat from start to finish took only 7 weeks from marketing and couldn't be happier especially in the so called 'tough times'. Great comms from the team and high praise to Amy and Jennie. Thanks guys, will look to use again soon, Many thanks, Neil.

I've been letting my property through Elevation for around 3 years now and generally things have ran very smoothly. Top marks for communication and punctuality go to Jane Sharp, the unsung hero making sure all the accounts are in order. I've never missed a statement or payment. Thank you, Jane. Martyn

The agents are good (I faced some issues regarding the move in date initially though), but the contractors they use are complete rip-offs. They charge two to three times more than the market rate. I would avoid these agents solely because of the high costs of their contractors. Charged a lot of money for a 5 to 10min cleaning job.

Flat was uncleaned upon moving in, no response from agency about this. Mice in the flat, very slow response. Not supplied with a parking permit and had to pay a £100 fine because the agency wouldn't help. Rent is far too expensive for the service they provide.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I could move in to a new house with very kind and agile support from Lewis the lettings consultant from Elevation Estate Agents. The journey from viewing appointment to move-in has been smooth with many of the actual processes managed via various online platforms. I hope and expect that the property maintenance and other follow-up arrangements in the future would also be handled professionally. I would be happy to recommend Elevation.

Go with someone who actually cares about your needs!

I would have given them a 1* but my house sold. To be honest it pretty much sold itself as it was on a 20% discount in a highly sought after area. The initial inspection the agent rushed through everything and didn’t fully understand the scheme we were on, I seemed that all they cared about was the money. They bought buyer to our house on one occasion 30 minutes earlier than they said. We basically were in as a result and ended up selling the property and explaining the scheme ourselves. They missing key selling features and communication was very poor to the point we were the ones who had to ask them what was going on and how things worked having never sold before.

Outstanding Service

Cannot thank Grant and Georgie enough for all of the help and support they provided when partner and I purchased our first property together. They were organised and efficient with dealing with our requests, and always kept us informed. Thank you both so much!

5 star service from Jonny at elevation on the purchase of our new property. I think he showed us every available new build home with the specification we were after in the market right now and kept in contact with us very frequently. Arranged viewings gave us advice and negotiated potential deals - if you're after a new home i highly recommend Elevation the service we had was exceptional.

We bought a house advertised through elevation. Amy who showed us around the house was amazing from day one and so helpful. During the buying process Jennie kept me updated at all times. Both would go out of their way to help us, I would definitely recommend and I even got a welcoming pack with my keys.

I would highly recommend Elevation! From start to finish of selling my house they have been so helpful and I'm sure Jennie went above and beyond what she is supposed to do. She chased everyone daily and kept us all in the loop so we could get the sale done as quick as possible. Very impressed :-)

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this branch. Communication was inconsistent, and I was repeatedly given information that later changed.

As a landlord that rents out a property via Elevation I can say that there is one member of staff you goes that extra mile for me. Jane Sharp has always answered any questions I have had with the financial side of things. Nothing is too much trouble.

Brought a property from Elevation and from the first viewing they were so helpful and more importantly honest. Jason and Sandra in the MK branch were fantastic throughout the whole purchase and kept me informed of the progress throughout. If only more estate agents were as helpful and honest as elevation have been. Thanks for everything!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I was very happy with the service received, especially from Amy and Terry. We sold 2 properties and Amy’s valuations were on the button which meant we got the quick sales we required. Terry stepped in a few times when things could have got shaky. Would definitely use them again.

Rented for 5 years with Elevation lettings, could not be happier with the quick response times, tenancy renewals and end of tenancy. We got our full deposit back and overall it was a great experience with Elevation lettings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very good estate agents, house went on market and was sold within a couple of weeks. The staff are very friendly and always willing to speak on the phone (which is unusual these days). My experience is bad 👎 I am complaining to EAA . I was accused of bad behaviour towards a viewing they bought to my home, but was all recorded on my Ring App at the Door !!! Totally untrue !! Just because instructions were no viewings unless already had viewers had house on market !!! …
