GoogleElevation Lettings, or at least one of its agents, almost made us lose more than £2000 and left us with no place to stay after leaving our property. Only my bank saved us from them by blocking the operation. We commented this to them and they said that strangely someone took over their system and told us to pay the amount using their email address. We were looking for a property to rent and they had very nice properties at a good price. We met the agent and agreed to proceed with one of them, paid the holding deposit, sent all documents. Then, the agent told us that all checks and references were successful and all that was left to do was to pay the tenancy deposit and the first month money. He sent us several emails asking us to pay that money to the landlord straight away. Which we did, as we met the agent and trusted him. After that, we went to their office, this agent photocopied our ids and he told us in person that all that was left to do was to move in. The next morning, my bank called me and said that the operation to pay the deposit was suspicious, so they blocked it. So I contacted the agency, this agent wouldn’t answer and when another agent did answer, they said that someone took over their system to sent us those emails and that surprisingly we couldn’t move in the property anymore because of our credit (very very suspicious as much earlier they said all checks and references were successful). We will report all of this to the right institution just in case it happens again to someone else. Be careful and double check everything before paying any money.

Jason, Amy and Sandy where always there for me, answering my questions and providing all the advice I needed for the sale of my property. I would certainly choose them again in the future. Very happy and great work by the Elevation Estate team.
