GoogleI was almost giving up hope of finding a shared-ownership property and then I met Jonny from Elevation! Jonny promised me he'd do his best to help me and he didn't disappoint! Along with the lovely Jennie, they helped me every step of the way with the purchase of my newbuild property. Both of them offered a very personal and friendly service, and kept me fully informed throughout. We moved in last Friday to our beautiful home and I'm so grateful to both of them. Our experience with Elevation was extremely stressful from start to finish. The property was filthy and smelt disgusting when we moved in, repairs were ignored for months, the management assistant was dismissive and unprofessional, and communication was consistently poor. We ended up leaving early out of sheer frustration. I would never recommend them to anyone.

She made the process of putting our home on the market stress free, organising the photos, EPC rating and marketing in an expedient manner. Any queries we had were dealt with immediately and with the utmost professionalism and most importantly her listening skills are top notch which gave us great confidence in her abilities and that of her team.

GoogleAmazing service when you want to rent a property. Once the contract is signed, you are left on your own. Flat was not entirely clean, cobwebs on the ceilings. Sent an email with pictures and got no reply. I let it go. Then came the moving out process. Worst service ever. Never picked up the phone or replied to my emails and I had a simple question. As a doctor in training I was on placement and had to take the day off to attend the office to ask one simple question that could have been answered over the phone. Every time i rang was told that the person who i was supposed to speak to was busy. Busy for all the 6 times i called over a month? Anyway no naming and shaming. Enough said. Finally got the deposit FINALLY. For your own sanity and mental wellbeing avoid if you are renting. Maybe the service with the sales team is different but renting NO NO!

GoogleElevation was brilliant from start to finish. We sold and bought our new house from Elevation and both processes were made easy for us. Amy was fantastic at getting our house on the market and getting it sold quickly, she explained everything and kept us up to date with everything. Jennie also made sure the process went smoothly and kept us updated throughout our sale. Jamie helped with the purchase of our new home and explained the new homes process brilliantly. We can’t thank Elevation enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently sold my shared ownership property through Elevation Estate Agents (completed today), and while the sale was ultimately successful, the experience was far from smooth. From the outset, the process felt rushed, Amy pushed for a viewing even before I had signed the contract. I had to chase the team repeatedly for essential tasks, like completing the floor plan - I notice a lot of Elevation properties go live without a floor plan. They also repeatedly asked for both my and my husband’s details, despite the sale being solely in my name and this was explained from the outset. Poor communication and coordination with the housing association resulted in us losing our initial buyer.
