GoogleOne of the worst companies i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with , left me with no hot water for 2 weeks after letting me move in knowing about the issue but not telling me,After being put on hold and moved from person to person a lovely lady told me to boil a kettle and hung up on me. not only does this company not reply to emails, they only talk to you if they want money or want to come see the property, Didnt even comfirming me leaving the property and rang begging to view the property in early mornings knowing i worked nights.They also charge £65 to move out and for a light cleaning wanted to charge £75 becouse the bath was dusty after not living there for a week.

GoogleAvoid this company, charging £895 to release tenancy when we are in urgent need of moving due to work, refuse to come up with a solution other than pay £1-2000 and maybe they will allow us to leave, have had outstanding repairs with them for 6 months and very aggressive. Contacting other letting agents to prevent us from moving. Not the behaviour expected of fair letting agents. Most your emails are ignored as well as any issues you may have.

GoogleThe worst experience I’ve ever had with any firm. This is the type company that give Estate Agents such a terrible reputation. We were lied to from the outset when renting. “Floorboards creaked all over the flat because it was a new build and they needed to settle”, LIE, the floorboards in the whole block were replaced or screwed down due to being wrongly laid, a fact Elevations rep was fully aware of. “The windows don’t open because they are locked” LIE, windows were fitted incorrectly and would only open with force and shut with a slam. These had to be replaced or repaired, that took approx 8 months to achieve. Some repairs were never completed, other repairs took 6/7/8/9 or 10 months to complete. One repair (a bathroom window that wouldn’t shut) was never completed in the 11 months we were there. When we complained, they continually passed the buck and never accepted responsibility. When we decided to move out and found a suitable property they tried to charge us £1900 until I threatened to sue them for breach of contract. Then they suddenly relented and let us go for free. Then they decided to hold the release of our deposit for 2 months! again until I called and threatened them. Finally got our deposit back today 27/07/18, we moved out on the 25/05/18. Now, after 15months of association with these bunch of shysters we can at last say we need to have nothing to do with Elevation, avoid like the plague.

Terrible Company Watch What They Rush you To Sign as incorrect and read small print. want a good estate agents then go elsewhere as these people have no intelligence whatsoever. If you are a Landlord go to a reputable estate agents not these cowboys. if you rent from these people take good photos as they will rip you off.

GoogleI bought just a shared ownership property through elevation estate agents, and they were fantastic. Izzy and Terry are very friendly and helpful, and I found them to be really easy to get hold of when as needed them. The whole process took forever due to COVID/shared ownership, but Elevation held my a hand through the whole thing and answered all of my dumb questions. I would definitely recommend buying through Elevation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDefinitely wouldn't recommend this estate agents really bad customer service phoned up about a property they had advertised they were going to ring me back and didn't bother must be frustrating when a landlord pays a lot of money for an estate agent to rent their property out and the estate agent don't bother to reply

GoogleCompletely smooth & hassle free letting experience. If you get Stephen Brown just know you're in good hands. He was friendly, fast paced, informative & kept a constant flow of communication. Definitely recommend Elevation Estate Agents, overall good practice and an eye for talent.

GoogleAbsolutely diabolical company, have been renting houses for over 10 years and never have I come across a more lackadaisical bunch of arrogant, money grabbing dimwits. Upon moving into my first property under elevation I was without blinds for 3 months (bottom floor flat, next to a building site) so I stuck some bin bags over my windows. I have then been charged for removal of tape from said windows upon check out. I have made over 50 phone calls to them in regards to maintanence issues, general queries etc all with the same we will get back to you. Of these 50 calls 0 have been responded to. I would not recommend using them as once they have your money they literally do not care about you.

GoogleI had a viewing booked with elevation for last night after seeing a property matching my search criteria on rightmove. I phoned to book the viewing and was told they were only doing 2 days of viewings on that particular house and booked me in for the following evening. Yesterday, 4 hours before the viewing, I was called and told that my viewing was now cancelled as they had already sold the house the previous day. I asked why the offer was put forward before all viewings had been honoured but couldn't get an answer. My understanding is, all viewings are completed, ALL offers are collected and put to the vendor who then chooses the offer most suited to them, not just given the first offer they receive and then cancel all the other viewings. This is a very unprofessional way of working and the way it was dealt with was also very disappointing. I would like to say this has been the first instance that elevation have been poor but it isn't. I did view a property a few months ago that was grossly overvalued following research into the street and area by myself, when I viewed the property, the agent didn't know the answer to 90% of my questions and admitted that that was the first time he had seen the house himself and hadn't been told any information by the office. I am so glad I haven't chosen elevation to sell my house, and I would not choose them in the future either.

GoogleAwful letting agent! Have had issues with various parts of my property and they've fobbed me off for months. Can't event get regular hot or warm water! They are the worst agents ever! Also, the landlord who owned the property put in the cheapest and low quality white goods so most of our basic appliances don't work. Avoid Elevation Lettings if you want to live in a half decent house in MK. They're untrustworthy money grabbers. Pretty sure the positive reviews written here are from their staff cause these guys are con artists.

GoogleI found the staff at elevation namely Amie and James to be very professional, passionate and driven to deliver what we wanted. My impression from the first point of contact through to the engagement of selling my house to be excellent-the advice and support was above and beyond what I expected. Amie worked to set up viewings before the house was advertised, I think Amie did an excellent job with speaking with her client base to promote my house-which meant we sold within 2 viewings. Overall excellent service
