GoogleVery poor service, waited 2 weeks for a simple email back with no word back. After numerous calls and complaints there was still no processing. It seems to be an ongoing situation as reading other reviews seem to have the same opinion with some saying they were amazing. I guess It depends how lucky you get and who it is that is helping you.

TrustpilotExcellent rent administration
Excellent service received over a number of years from Elevation's Accounts Manager, Jane, who has ensured my rent comes through accurately each month. She is always polite, professional, very helpful - and prompt. She seems to genuinely care. Thank you, Jane!

TrustpilotGood working relationship
I Have been dealing Jane and Elevation lettings for over 10 years. Over this time I have had good and not so good tenants. It's when you have those not so good tenants that highlights the quality of your letting agent.

GoogleWell what can I say, Jason you are a complete diamond and I can’t thank you enough for the time and care you took over the recent house sale. You took everything on board and went over and beyond what anyone could have expected. Anyone out there wanting to sell, please, please get in touch with Elevation.

GoogleElevation Estate Agents found me my dream home, kept me up to date with the progress of the purchase and were friendly and helpful. I have already recommended to friends and family and they have had similar experiences. Elevation are definitely different from the rest - they cared, took good quality photos of my property and it was a pleasure dealing with the team. Thanks again!

TrustpilotBeware of over-deduction of rental deposit by landlords and Elevation Estate Agents (MK)
I would like to share my experience of renting a flat in MK for the reference of those who have rented or are planning to rent a flat in MK.

TrustpilotGreat service
We worked with elevation to help us move from London to Bedfordshire. The process was incredibly smooth and the service was excellent. We didn't find them to be pushy or aggressive like other agents. From first contact they were working towards finding our dream home within our chosen budget and 3 months later we are finally there.Thank you Elevation!

TrustpilotKeep up the good work.
Elevation have been taking care of my property for over 10 years and have done an excellent job. My only issue is the lack of house inspection updates, ( during Covid pandemic understandably ). Overall a big thumbs up.

GoogleStrong estate agent showing new and existing properties. I found this worked well and increased viewings of our existing property, and importantly got us sold. Would recommend

Your review is much appreciated Adam, the team worked hard to promote your property to ensure maximum viewings to get your important sale! Many thanks for the recommendation.

GoogleDefinitely wouldn't recommend renting with these guys. Perhaps their services is different if you are buying. Communication is extremely poor, you can never get to speak to who you want to speak to. Lack of transparency and be ready to lose a good chunk of your deposit for no good reason. Worse agents I have ever rented with.

TrustpilotRecommended to all!
I recently sold my three bedroom house through Amy at Elevation Estate Agents. They provided a great service, with the house very speedily advertised the next working day. We had decided beforehand that we would go multi-agency as we wanted to sell fast. Elevation provided 90% of all viewings and sold our property within three weeks. Recommended to all.

GoogleRented through these guys for 18 months. The MK office are a joke, simply don’t respond to emails and the person you need is never available on the phone. Maintenance issues not fixed. Original move in date moved forward 3 weeks in a row because they couldn’t get the contract sent out. Avoid if you can.

GoogleFantastic experience with the elevation team. Very professional, stunning photos from Terry and delivered a sale within 24 hours of going on rightmove. The sales progressor, Jennie gave us all the peace of mind with updates and the whole team were at the end of the phone whenever we needed them. Highly recommend this company.

GoogleCalled yesterday to book a viewing, but they didn’t send text and email confirmation as promised. Been trying to call all morning, but no one is picking up the phone. Total lack of professionalism. We don’t live in the area and had to travel from far. What a waste of time, energy and fuel!
